I was at a family thing yesterday. So I was outside all day. I got bitten ugh.LOL got to hang out with my cousins.

The thing I noticed. MY time of the month always has to show up when I have to go out anywhere nice. lol

^ Huh, mine are usually when I don't have to go anywhere. Which is a good thing, especially nowadays, because the pains are out of this world D: Should start in a few days now... Painkillers ready! :D

Tomorrow I'll go check out flea markets with JP's sister, let's hope I'll find something nice ^_^

Where the heck did July go? It's almost over, and I'm certainly not ready for school again. Being reunited with people I can't stand is not something I'm looking forward to... Ugh.

This weekend has been dreadful x_x my car (which I thought I had gotten fixed) decided to go back to being broken, causing me to miss a couple of important things I wanted to go to. Then, we found out that our rent is going to be raised again so we've got two weeks to decide if we want to stay and deal with it, or attempt to find a new place to live. And my boyfriend and I have sun poisoning from being out all day. So yaaaaay. >_<

I hope everything gets better. Life has a habit of throwing everything at you all at once, it seems. Feel better with your sun poisoning too!

The summer sure goes quick. Winter sure sticks around much longer.

My fiancé passed out two weeks ago; he was lying half in the kitchen and half in the hallway. I did try to get him up, but he wouldn't budge, so I just left him there and went to bed myself xD He crawled in after a few hours, haha. He hasn't had much of a hangover for a long time, but I still have to feed him during the weakest moments :DD They are such babies, right? xD

I know how you feel, it was like that for me always. I actually felt sick going back, and all the new notebooks, pens, backpacks, clothes, the thought of sitting in a classroom full of people I hated just sickened me... Life can be a little shit at times but we are given obstacles to overcome them. So stay strong and you will get through this.
I try not let myself worry about stuff too much because I know things will work out but it is hard. Especially when I have €8 in my bank account and I still have another 3 weeks here in Dublin and rent to be paid in London. So yeah.. Not ideal. But it will work out.

check out the kerli's birthday present topic - i came up with a pretty cool idea that the others seem to like so i think we're going for it!

GREAT NEWS! I finally found out what my eye color is called xD My eyes are everything, but nothing clearly. Blue, green, mustard brown ring around the pupil, quite fair all around, but with dark outer edges. HAZEL. I had no idea! Apparently Angelina Jolie has same color eyes like me ^_^

.. I've got... hazel eyes!? that's pretty cool So far I've been thinking they're bluegreenyellow haha

My eyes are hazel too. The green in my eyes show more when im crying. lol

Cool! I've always noticed with my eyes. Some make up doesn't look good. So now I uses light shades/ 

I can't believe that 2 weeks from now I will have finished with my internship at te national theatre of Ireland. It took awhile to get going but I am loving it to bits now and it's going to be so hard to leave this place. But next stop is home so can't complain!

also a bit of a random question - has anybody read 'fear and loathing in las vegas' by hunter s. thompson? i'm having a hard time convincing my dad to let me read it, because of the drug themes in it. was just wondering if anybody has read it and how bad/strong the themes are because i heard it's an incredible book.

i haven't unfortunately but ill check it out when i can. i think kids should be allowed to read books of any kind.. i mean you need to find out about things somehow..

I've never heard of that book. I've been reading a lot this summer.

I haven't read it either, but I checked IMDB for the movie (starring Johnny Depp), and apparently the movie is exactly as the book is. I checked the Parents Guide, and I must say there's some pretty disturbing imagery, drug and sexual related. Though a movie and a book are completely different mediums, I'd say a book wouldn't so bad for a minor. At least you're relying on your own imagination :D I probably would let my kid read it when they're 16 or something, but it's really hard to say... Some kids are pretty mature at young age.

I haven't read it, but in my opinion, with kids and literature, it really depends on the child's maturity. There are 14 year olds who are really "young" for their age, and 14 year olds who are really mature for their age. Only judging by what I've read about the book in this thread, I can see where your father might be concerned, but in all honesty, there are much worse things you could be doing than reading a book, y'know?

I'm so tired! Otherwise, I feel good and happy. Even though JP drank all our money last Friday... >_> 60€! And I told him not to go to a bar. In the future, I'm gonna have to remove all the money from his account when he goes drinking. I'm tired of this bullcrap.
He did apologize, multiple times, and he himself suggested that I should empty his account in the future ^_^ We borrowed 60€ from my sister, so we'll manage for a while.

Yesterday I started re-watching Noah Antwiler's (The Spoony One) "let's play" videos of Phantasmagoria 2. Seriously hilarious ^_^

Its 11.36 pm and I have pretty much just got home from work. we had the dress rehearsal today and apart from a few blips it went really well.

i almost cried in the auditorium whilst watching it because i suddenly realised (again) what a HUGE deal this internship is for me. i was looking at the actors who i have admired for a long time, sitting in the NATIONAL theatre of Ireland watching a show that the public can't even see yet. i felt, so very, privileged.
