New Kerli album 2016

Less than two weeks till it comes out and she hasn't said anything. Eep!

I was searching information about Kerli's new album and i found this web

Do you know something about "Bullet" song? Haven't heard anything about that... is it been leaked? And I know Blue skies ahead has been leaked(damn ) But I didn't know it was going to be in the album...

"Bullet" & "Music Is Dead" have both leaked. They don't sound like they belong to the current era though.

I know Bullet leaked but I didn't think Music Is Dead did because when I search for it all I get is Love is Dead

Didn't know anything about music is dead ... :/ how can i find it?

I made a topic in Discography since I don't see one listed or i'm blind. It's only a snippet though

neither blue skies ahead, bullet, nor music is dead are going to be on the album, trust me, music is dead and bullet have been circulating since 2012 and blue skies ahead was recorded in 2013 for afsheen's EP but it was scrapped

on another note, you might want to change the title to "new kerli album 2017".....

I can't believe that instead of straight up saying that it's been postponed, she's just been pretending that little release date of September 21st never existed by posting Estonia scenery on Facebook and clips on Insta that show her still making music -_____-

And I agree about these songs. And can't believe about her ignoring the date. It's really disappointing, frankly it's rude.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who is upset. People have already already spent money on this album and expect to actually receive what they paid for. For her to not keep us informed about the date (or the fact that she may still be recording/mixing)...I almost feel ripped off. I hope we get an explanation soon. It's not fair to us.

On pledge music it still says september 2016.....

I'm surprised we don't even know the album title yet. I mean, Diamond Hard was the last single right? How does she plan on promoting the album if it's delayed until (supposedly) 2017? I expected her to be promoting the hell out of the album this month, it's so strange that she's suddenly silent about it. She told us when Feral Hearts was delayed, I don't get why she's not tell us anything now. Idk, I'm just really confused.

Diamond Hard was not a single in a way Feral Hearts and Blossom were. I mean it wasn't on pledge music. Is it possible that something had gone wrong with pledge music and K erli? If that's the case she has the worst luck.

I agree it's very confusing. There was never any explanation as to why she quit using Pledge Music, no replies to any of the comments on that page to people who haven't received their orders, and no news on the album. I don't understand why she's ignoring all of this and won't even type up a quick statement on Facebook or anything. There doesn't seem to be a reason for keeping us this much in the dark.

The order I made on Pledge was partially fulfilled. I got a signed 11x17 "blossom" silkscreen poster in the mail about a month ago. It was exciting to open and see autographed art from her. Obviously I'm still waiting on the CD, but people are getting their stuff from Pledge eventually.

I'm sure the rest of the order will be fulfilled when the album comes out. I'm not worried about it. Kerli has integrity. If there's a problem or big update she'll tell us on her next confession throne / vlog.

I'm still waiting on my jewelry pack from the Feral Hearts pledge. I know it'll all come eventually. The lack of information is frustrating though and the date provided was not honored. I thought maybe it would be okay to get hyped early this time XD

Oh...that's true. I didn't really give it much thought, but that was kind of weird, wasn't it? But I swear, if anyone says the word "buzz single" I'm going to explode X___x

I think you're right. There's probably a reasonable explanation. I'm just surprised she's waited so long.

Why do I get the feeling she's re-recording the album? She keeps posting studio pics, pics of producers, and now a pic of a new mic? People did complain about the quality of Diamond Hard...

^I didn't even think of that. That would make sense though. All she's said in response to people asking for an update is "it's coming. Chiiillll." There must be some big news coming.

I just wish she would say what is going on. I feel like giving up on her again. It's frustrating.

She finally posted an update. Thank goodness. I'm so okay with her needing more time. I expected it. I'm just glad she finally acknowledged and explained it.

She should have said this a month ago, but ok. I just hope she's not gonna overdo the album. You know how some songs sound great and then get destroyed because they weren't left alone when they should have been? I just hope the magical feeling that songs have (being created in the forest) doesn't get destroyed by LA-producers.

The signed custom EP she's giving to patient pledgers is a great gesture she didn't have to do.  I would have been happy with just an update, but she cares.

Agreed.  Some of the most beautiful things are "imperfect" or "in the moment".  I'd take "Diamond Hard" (something Kerli produced) over "Sugar" (something influenced by Island DJ) anyday.  I love the songs that reflect her state of mind when she wrote or performed them; they are not 'sugar coated' with the opinions of 30 other a-holes.  

But as long as she puts her heart into it and keeps it her pure masterpiece then I'll likely like it.

I worry about this too because I've really loved and connected with everything she's put out so far. However, I also remember being excited for Utopia thinking that magical sounds were coming and then being so incredibly disappointed.

I'm a little disappointed that she's not further along with the album, but it's nice to have an update finally. I wonder if more video treatments means she's going to release more singles before or after the album release.

I can't wait to hear the new album.
Feral Hearts, Blossom & Diamond Hard are amazing.
I wonder what sound Kerli's new album will have because all 3 songs are very unique.

Yes yes, album is very cool. I'm sorry we never got to hear what would have been an album with Feral hearts and Blossom though, it would have been a completely different vibe I'm sure. But Shadow Works is really really good
