Help with hair! Please? (color)

So recently I had like a hair horror story!
(when I say recently I just mean within the last three months xP) but anyway, so I went to go blonde, and my hair had been dyed medium brown with non perminant dye for years... long story short, the hairstylist majorly screwed it up and it ended up yellow, with orange at the ends, and white roots... o.o I knew orange could happen, but it was insane!
Anyway, I fixed it at a different salon, then it was light brown,
Then it faded out, which sucked, so I dyed it again. Then later on it faded out again... so I picked out a darker color and dyed it again o.o
Its this color now,

But now I'm hating the lighter regrowth and I'm super wanting like some Lily Ombre style highlights, like below:



So my question is, you think I can achieve this with the help of my stylist? And do you guys think it would look alright???? :O
I super want something new, I'm really loving this... I hope it would turn out that way on my hair, and I also hope I can rock it, o.o let me know what you think.

And yes, you can do everything with your hair if you want to, only it is question how much you must destroy it to achieve hair which you like.
Me personally likes white hair, but I will destroy my hair if I bleach it.

I looooove white hair but cannot fathom trying it o.o I enjoy healthy hair too much for that :O

you can do it. Tell your stylist you want a color melt, that is what that is called. you can also google "color melt" pictures and see if you find another picture too

my sister had hair like that, blonde colour melt. Her hair was highlighted to look blonder and it grown out and achieved the look naturally. She's a mousey brown.

I dont know which dye she was using

Same.MY mother found that thing in the hair dye she got.So shes NOT gonna use it.

I only dyed my hair once.

I use same hair dye as my mother, and she uses it for 10 years

But sometimes I experiment with tohers so when I heard that I was like "OMFG O.o"

It's paraphenylenediamine, or PPD for short.
It's an allergic reaction, some people are sensitive to it than others.
Which is why you should test first before doing it through with your hair.

And plus, from the cases I heard, I assume they were full hair dyed. And likely done at home.

I always dye my hair at home, and I never test in on my hand. I never heard before that women can dye from it.

Yeah. That's it.My mother uses the home hair dye. That's why you should always test it before you try it.It's better to be safe then sorry.

I wont test this hair dye I've been using for 2 years, but if I buy new dye than I will absolutely test it.
