its really easy. all u have to cut a long piece of duck tape and fold it so no sticky is showing, then cut a really tiny piece of duck tape for the middle of the bow, twist the folded piece once or twice then wrap the small piece around it so it will stay twisted(: did that make sense? lol
colored duck tape looks better though.

I'm wearing my black fishnet stockings :] I have about 3 pairs in my dresser, I'm a sucker for stockings that have a weird pattern. Too bad I can't wear them to school or to the public as much, school dress code and it is annoying when people appoach me calling me a slut when I wear them :S
