moma moonchild let her creationest side shine

ok so you have all inspired me so much to finally. do all the things ive wanted to do. but never dared do because i'm always worried about what people think of me. ive never been able to let my true self shine and i really want to change that. it's time to let my light shine. i'm sitting here with blue dye in my hair. ive wanted to color my hair for YEARS i buy the color then chicken out and give the dye away. so that goal checked off no turning back now lol. next an o2 mask bear and a backpack ect ect. me and my daughter hit pay dirt in the second hand store and got mass bears and puppy's to give a second life to as accessories. yea. i will make sure i posts lots of pictures and maybe some how tos on some new ideas i have. love to all moma moonchid V

I'm glad that you feel comfortable enough do finallyy do what you want to, and be yourself. it actually takes a lot more courage than expected. Again, I think you're hair looks fantastic, and I really like it. :'D

I remember the day I had my friend dye my hair what we thought was a deep maroon color... turned out purple. And when I say purple, I mean bright anime purple!!! Walking around campus the next day was very embarrassing and awkward because everyone kept staring. At first it was uncomfortable but I thought to myself one day "Well... I'm gonna have purple hair for a while now... I might as well own it!" So I did! And I was known around my apartment and school as the girl with purple hair! haha

I'm glad you were brave enough to dye your hair and you have to give us all some stories about weird looks if you ever get them. Also, TEN POINTS FOR BEING YOURSELF!!! ^_^

Thxs I went out last night for the first and was suprised at the reaction. Most people loved it at open mic night

well i had such a fantastic weekend we went to open mic night down and bakery and brews.( my first time out with my new hair color ans i did my nails like the moonchild nails. and couldn't believe everybody had nothing to say but good things i so wich i had found kerli sooner. so i could have had the guts to do this sooner here are some pics of hair and nails

thxs so much. well i'm in shock i thought for sure the people at church would at least be giving me funny looks over the hair but nope! the elders didn't even seem to notice and my home teacher just said "well it's very colorful" now i'm sitting back going why did i wait and have all those panic attacks over what people would think. and guess what the earth didn't stop revolving over my hair lol

Yeah they are not a very accepting of change they need there cookie cutters and I have never seemed to fit there mold. I live in utah so I've always not quite fit in. Ima square peg in a state of round holes lol

Hey I totally know what you mean! Some of the reason people looked at my purple hair so weird was because... I hail from the land of mormons myself!! They do have their little standards but love is love and life is life.

Yeah I'm still living here until I finish school and whatnot. My hubbie got a job offer in Dallas though so we thought about transferring down there and stuff... we still don't know. Our goal is to move to California or Texas though. At least somewhere warm.

That's cool I plan on moving back to ak. I lived there for 3 years and loved it. So much more accepting than here.

Well sense I became a moonchild I feel like im flowing withthe universe again. Not UP stream no more.and I have been having lots of really vivid dreams about the army of love and decided to listen to one. At finished becoming ordained. And as I was feeling out the forms it was talking about titles and I decieded reverent mother as it hit me I have been going by mother_snyder all over the net for years I originally chose that name because that's my kids last name so I was a mother of snyders but maybe that was the universe talking to me all along. So you think the army of love needs a minister?

me i got ordained so i can do nondenominational weddings and such.

This is so cool I just came home from dinner with my son and there is an owl in the pine tree in the front yard. He was sitting there so close cooing to us. This is the second time this year last time was in my moms yard. They let us get so close. So im going to settle down and read animal speaks and see what it has to say.

I used to be part of really strict religion too couple of years ago so i know where you come from with the hair. But i'm glad people accepted it, it's all about the inside afterall. And your hair looks super cool in the pic

I know what you mean. I was always "filtering" myself, afraid of what people would think, but now I don't care and even with my anxiety disorder I'm taking risks little by little. I'm finally starting to become who I really am inside and it feels awesome. Also, I think people like the real me better then the held back version I hope the transformation goes well for you too! Xo
