These have a legit name I just don't know it, my friend and I call them 'potholder bracelets' because you make them with the nylon loops you make potholders with as a kid.
Anyway, my friend Jenny had to learn how to make these so she could teach kids at camp and we kind of became addicted to making them.

I can make a tutorial if anyone wants one.

Ok so a quick tutorial since I can't find a legit camera :
First you get weaving loops. I bought them at Hobby Lobby, $4.99 for a huge bag. If you can't find them, all they are is cut up tights.

1. You start by taking one loop an crisscrossing them around your fingers like so:

2. Repeat this putting a second one on the same hand.

3. Then pull the first one up over the second one and off your finger

4. Repeat 2&3 until you get your desired length.
5. Once it's the right length you (while keeping the last loops on your fingers) you back to the end you started on, there should be 2 big loops (you may need to pull on them to get them). Next put one loop around your first (pointer) finger and bring the loop already on your finger over it. Repeat this for all fingers, then tie the big loop with the finger loops on in to the other big loop.
