oh my, its wonderful *-*
Is it in English or Italian? If it is in English then I will watch it c:
It's got subtitles, but it's really good. Definitely worth watching even if you're not a fan of subtitles. Or there might be a dubbed version, but I haven't seen it.

mile86 wrote:Avengers rocked! i'm a marvel child and usually get angry with changing the storylines or the actors, like Elektra..Elektra is my ultimate marvel character and she's a cold blooded killer, and although i looove jennifer garner, she was way too sweet to portray elektra. But the avengers OMG..i think the comic fan base will be pleased. Robert Downey Jr as Tony stark a.k.a Iron man is ULTIMATE.. so fucking funny... the whole cinema room was laughing like crazy. and Scarlett johhanson as black widow was marvelous.. i'll definitely watch it again..
ELEKTRA <3 I used to be crazy obsessed with her, and yes Jennifer Garner really wasn't the right actor for the part I did love the Elektra movie when i was a kid.
I went to see Snow White and the Huntsman today and it was really boring, predictable and full of cliches. The score was pretty ace though and i absolutely loved Charlize Theron as the queen.
Re: Movies
... Paranormal Activity >_> We watched it, because I wanted to see if it really is as scary/boring people say. And it was boring, not scary at all, and the ending was utter crap D:
Re: Movies
^ Hated that movie. my family was freaking out and my sister was hanging all over my mom, and i couldn't understand why? It's not scary at all!

Re: Movies
I thought the third movie had more scenes that are kinda scary, but more like they make you jump because you don't expect it. Plus, it was a lot less slow paced than the first movie.

Re: Movies
the only horror movies that made me feel scared and made me insomniac were The exorcist, Silent Hill (that i LOVE), The ring, and the Grudge.. that's all... I haven't seen Rosemary's baby, i know, i can't call myself a cine-maniac without having watched this movie, but whatever...sooooon my friend...

I just watched Rosemary's Baby last weekend! You should watch it, it's really cute in a morbid way.
Re: Movies
Even Rosemary's Baby is scarier than Paranormal Activity xD Especially if you think about it from a woman's (a mother's) point of view...
Re: Movies
i just read a short summary of Rosemary's Baby because you guys were talking about it. and i have to see it soon!

Re: Movies
speaking of paranormal activity, one of my best friends' name is Mika (as the guy in the first film) which was creepy and then in the end when they said that he disappeared on that date or smth, that's my friends birthday lol
so the film creeped her completely out for a whole other reasons!

I just saw the new Spiderman. I actually liked it a lot. I don't think it was terribly different from the Tobey Macguire one but I still thought it was good.

Moon: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1182345/
It was a nice movie, very touching. It might be confusing at first, but it's pretty straightforward when you think a little.
The Godfather: Part II: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071562/
You can't call yourself a movie fanatic unless you've seen the Godfather trilogy! I liked the first one better than the second one, but they're both excellent. We'll watch the third part some time later.

The Dictator: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1645170/
It was quite funny :D Unless you're easily offended by political and racial jokes, then no... What else can you expect from Sacha Baron Cohen? :D
How to Train Your Dragon: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0892769/
I LOVED IT! It's very clever story-wise, and the animation is amazing. Toothless, the main dragon, is just like our cat! They're both black and move the same way, hahah. I loved the ending, it was something I wasn't expecting. Dragons <3
The Expendables: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1320253/
Just... plain awesomeness, you have all your action actors in one movie! Sure, the story isn't that amazing, but it doesn't even need to be, since the movie is full of bad-assery otherwise! *waiting for the sequel*

The Terminator: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088247/
and
Terminator 2: Judgment Day: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103064/
AGAIN. We've watched these a dozen times, and my fiancé has seem them three dozen times xD His favorite movies. Mine, too, now that I can appreciate everything about them. Terminator 2 is one of the best sequels ever made; everything is just better.
The Fifth Element: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0119116/
YES, this one AGAIN <3 This is my all-time favorite movie, I never get sick of it and I've seen it plenty of times! I don't know why, but it's just so good in my opinion. The characters are awesome, the world is colorful and the music is amazing.

Re: Movies
Just watched "The Hunger Games". It's a good and well made movie. the story-line is disturbing to me. I hate to think that if we as a nation ever had a apocalyptic event, we would resort to killing children as a form of entertainment. Even the Romans didn't do that in the Coliseum.

^ Oh, you just reminded me that we watched also Red Heat and The Running Man!
Red Heat: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095963/
It was a nice movie, and Ahnuld was funny as a Russian :D
The Running Man: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093894/
The Hunger Games reminded me of this, because the theme is similar. In the future, there's a game show where contestants will run for their lives and some men will try to hunt them down. If the contestant succeeds to win, they'll get freedom and will be transported to a tropical island or something... People will die, and the whole thing is shown on television. The world is sickeningly similar to ours, it has just been taken a bit further :D
The movie is based on the novel by Stephen King.

A couple of cute Halloween movies: Paranorman and Frankenweenie. Both a little creepy, a little funny, and very cute. I especially liked ParaNorman.
Also, it's not new but there's a movie I found on Netflix called Aimee and Jaguar. It takes place during World War II and it's basically about a forbidden romance. It's also probably one of the saddest love stories I've ever seen. It's such a great film.
