Yesterday we watched Shawshank Redemption, supposedly one of the best movies ever made. And I can see why; it was clever, funny and violent. The prisoners have a great sense of humor :D Also one of the best happy endings ever.

My favorite movies are Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, any Tim Burton's movie, and many other movies, I cant remember right now Very Happy

In last couple of days I have watched:
1. Cowboys and Aliens - If you like western and sci-fi then this is great movie for you, I really liked it Smile
2. Your Highness - It has great parts and stupid parts, its okay to watch it if you are really bored Smile
3. Black Swan - I really liked this one, If you like drama its great movie Smile
4. Real steal - If you like a lot of action and robots then this is movie for you, I liked it, but not everyone would like this movie Smile

I cant wait for The Hobbit to comes out, bit it comes out on December Sad

Ooh, great, I was worried no one else had seen it here xD It's one of my favorites now as well. I had heard of it before, but it had never interested me. Just like the Pianist; wasn't really interested to see, but ended up liking it.

I haven't seen The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and I'm not sure I want to... The original (Män Som Hatar Kvinnor = men who hate women) was so good. And the second one, Flickan Som Lekte Med Elden (= the girl who played with fire) was amazing as well. I've yet to see the third one (Luftslottet Som Sprängdes = the cloud castle that collapsed. Apparently the English title is The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest O_o).

I don't think you can really compare the american made verison of GwtDT to american made asian horror films. It's not a remake either the writer said he never watched the Swedish films, that he based his screenplay off the books. Most critics love both version although a number seem to like Mara's portrayal of Lisbeth better, but say that the Swedish version was darker.

Ring of the Nibelungs (Curse of the Ring) - its interesting to watch if you are bored. With swords and dragons and magic Smile

Cherrybomb - I really like this movie, I love movies from UK, they are more real then in USA, you can see every emotion, feeling, real situations, Idk just love them. And this movie doesnt have too much action but its people what matters. And Rupert Grint is in it. Smile

Wild Target - This is great movie. I will recommend this to everyone. Its funny, its serious, its just great. You have to watch it. btw its Rupert Grint also in this movie, but thats not why I like it.

Gabriel - I love Andy Whitfield but its one of the worst movies I have ever seen.

Love actually - I know it's weird that I never saw this movie before, I really liked it. British movies are the best Very Happy

Warrior - You must watch this movie!!!! First I thought that it is just another movie with fighting but it is one of the most emotional movies I have ever seen. I was crying couple times, scenes are strong and full of emotions, this is movie that you watch and think about many thins, from the psychological aspect its great.

Me and my brother always watch Underworld, it never gets boring! So we can't wait for the upcoming film.

Not too pleased hearing about the New Van Helsing, I heard 'van helsing' is played by a different actor.

Hellbreeder was awful, I've seen better low budget films than this.

We watched:

Dark City. It's like the Matrix, except a LOT better, darker, more f**ed up :D
Inception. It was pretty cool, not at all difficult to understand as people seem to say.
Drunken Master 1 and 2. Aww, Jackie Chan as a young man, learning the silly drunken kung fu xD

Αwh, Harold and Maude is a really "talk of the town" theater show right now! two of our greater actors play on this, and it's supposed to be great, and so touching! i did know it was a book, but not a movie..great, i;m gonna find it..I think it's about a really really happy, and charming, and confident woman, an old one, that teaches what life is about to a younger man, what love is, what happiness is, she's supposed to be one of the best and opimistic characters ever!

Harold's a young miserable man..or boy, who constantly fakes his own suicide so he'll get attention from his mother. and then he meets this lady Maude, And she is the most adorable, charming character. gosh I love her.

65% download...i'll watch it tomorrow i guess...i wanted to go to the theater but i've been really busy...actually the actress that plays Maude here, was this morning invited to a morning show in greek tv, and she said that they're gonna be playing this for another month (it's their 3rd year),it's a huge succeess, and she said that she has played many many roles in her life but this one, Maude's, was the best thing that happened to her, and that she changed completely her point of view since she "met" her...She was stunning, i was listening to her really carefuly and i wanted to see it! Can't wait!

^ The one with Kyle MacLachlan as the bad guy? I know, those movies are horrible xD I saw them as a kid, many times. That, and movies like the Neverending Story, and... Jumanji xD

I watched some TV the other day and saw:
Alex & Emma. A romantic comedy... I don't usually watch this kind of movies, but I guess it was OK... A bit dumb, but interesting enough to watch for fun. IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0318283/

Riding in Cars with Boys. This one was better! I liked it a lot. A biography, comedy, drama movie. IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0200027/

IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0200027/
oh yes that one and i still love the neverending story but im sad it did end XD

I watched 4 films yesterday.

Harold and Maude - because I heard you talk about it. it was fucked up i think but totally relevant to this project im working on, so thanks!

Young Adult - pretty much bullshit

The Sitter - quite funny but totally predictable

In time - It was okay but there was so much running i got so tired just by watching!

I didn't see it from the beginning, since I was watching some other channel before I decided to watch the movie. Maybe I'll watch the whole thing some day. And maybe even How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days, if it's better than Alex & Emma, and if it's ever on TV :)

Yeah, three films isn't exactly "neverending" xD But it's good that they didn't make more of them, the decline of quality is mind boggling :D

I think The Grey was so damn catchy! And it makes you think about your life.
