"Zero Gravity" on Billboard

If it's possible for the song to get the #1 it would be a good promo. I mean two #1 songs in a row is sooooooooo great, even on that chart!

Why isn't Billboard valid? Or is it because it's charting only on the Billboard dance chart and not the Top 100 or whatever?

I think it's just a dance chart...don't know why it wouldn't count.

To the labels the dance chart is only a minor thing since it only reflects on how many times songs is played in clubs or something but hot 100 chart reflects on how the singles is sold and how many times is the single get airplays on radio stations and that's what the label wants right now for her to be charted in hot 100 to get money :/

They should be proud of her that she can get no.1 on a billboard dance chart because kerli never had no.1 on any of the genre billboard chart( I'm not counting AOL songs chart or something because that one she debuts at no.1 and next week she's gone from the charts o.o)

I agree, especially as its only supposed to be a buzz single. They should start worrying about the Hot 100 when the real singles come out. They need to be more grateful that she's actually getting to No.1 on a chart at all.

i agree, even if its on the dance charts, a number one is a BIG deal. Dance music is one of the most listened to and coming music genres in america and other parts of the world now, so they should appreciate it.

I wish her label would appreciate it more, since at least it's getting played somewhere - that shows that people want to play and and want to hear it.. but aside from DJs (and us) apparently no one knows who she is yet so nobody can go buy it. At least that's that I would conclude since she's charting on the Dance chart but not the Hot 100 chart. And hmm, I wonder why? Because her label does zero promo for her? I hate how these people treat her.

Yeah its like they are setting up impossible tasks for her. She's at least getting somewhere on a chart and it seems like as if they are saying "Maybe so but its not good enough, its need to be on these charts". If they actually bothered to promote her in places where loads of people including celebrities, will know who she is then maybe she could hit those charts. She's only been performing in small shows at the moment. Besides zero gravity is only a buzz single so for it to be played by dj's and on a chart, valid or not must mean that it is somewhat successful.

about her label... she's said she has an amazing team. they're really close... would she change her label if she could? if so, would they stay together as a team? but then again kerli has said labels aren't needed anymore. so maybe she'll want to be like vespertine?

but she's not talking about it and seems exited and happy and loves music and meeting new people in that field. so until she mentions something I won't worry too much. we don't really know the marketing strategy she mentioned discussing nor kerli's plans about her label. but seeing as people are really concerned because there seems to be a lack thereof, maybe she should say something :P

I think getting to #6 is still good considering its a buzz single. They shouldn't use that as an excuse to push the album back. Besides they can't expect every single to get to number 1 or anything. Its still in the top 10 so they shouldn't have any complaints.

#6 for a buzz single and for an artist who isn't that popular in the US is VERY good and it's even better that AOL were a number one there. That shows that there are people who like her and if i were a label i would the album release NOW because now the people know her more than later when ZG isn't charting...
