Lunacus's Thoughts

This is a video I found on youtube and I thought it was just amazing and thought maybe I could share with all of you...hope you like it!

this is really interesting the thing with the heart being stronger than the brain is just.. it's weird you know.
Somethings are a bit unclear to me though.

I have been going through some tough times at the moment...I feel like I can't trust anyone, I feel like everyone has drifted away from me and not even my loved ones are really there for me. Idk who to turn to, everyone expects too much from me and don't appreciate me for the things I have accomplished so far. I have never felt so alone in my life even with the people who surround me.

^That exactly how I feel most of the time.
It sucks, if you really need to talk, you should either try to talk with someone you know, that the best, or just blab it out on the internet <-- that usually works for me, it's easier to talk about your problems with people on the internet.
About the trust thing, if you're like me, you need to learn how to trust yourself first, otherwise you won't be able to trust anyone else. It sounds cheesy, but it's true.

I have been there, it's it sucky place to be. It would feel like no matter what I did I didn't get the recognition I thought I deserved. I felt like I was being taken for granted and used. But then I changed my mentality, I stared to tell myself "who cares if I get recognition, this is my ego talking." When you do things from your ego it takes away the purity of doing a good deed. Sometimes you need to lead with your heart and not your head.
When people ask alot from you, think of it as a challenge that once completed you can be proud of doing. Everyone needs to be challenged every now and then thats how you know how truly capable you are. Although sometimes we can't handle somethings and we need to learn to say no, realize you're human and some things are too much at this point in time. There is no shame in not being able to do something, maybe this is a sign to ask a friend for help or you simply can't do something on your own.
As for trust I agree, first trust and love yourself first. When you do this it attracts people towards you. You begin to have this air around you that people will gravitate towards. Don't believe that people are drifting away because that's negative energy that you don't need, it only brings you down and draws people away.

I was just in a moment of wanting to express myself towards someone who would listen, but I got back up on my feet and I am thinking more positive now even though sometimes I feel like they won't understand what I feel...thanks, I very much appreciate your advice I.L.U<3

I loved the video and I'm glad you are feeling better. Just get up every morning and say good things about yourself. It will set a positive thought in your brain that you are worth every heart beat and every breath.

I totally agree with moonchildluis. You have to trust and love yourself first, no matter how hard it is. If you adopt a positive mindset, then the reality will follow as well. I wish you the best and send you all my love.
