no some people are just too evil to change i would know this girl has bullied me since i was 1 and my "friends" go off with her

That's pretty awful, but if your "friends" abandoned you for someone like that, then it seems like they aren't worthwhile friends to have! You're "too good" for them
It's better to be left out than mixed in with bad apples. You know what they say, it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the bunch!

But if you want to talk about someone "too evil" to change, then check out the true story about Saul. This zealous Pharisee was killing Christians, whom were unbelievers and wayward Israelites in having accepted Jesus, a mere man, as Christ, God's Son the Messiah, which was outrageous blasphemy in his eyes.
