^ Ahh, yes, I'm a Bill girl too ^^ I think the boys are all beautiful in their own ways, but Bill is like a magical, angelic fantasy creature *.* Especially when he's sat in pink light!

Eep, voting for the EMAs ends tomorrow! I'm getting so excited and nervous, I can't imagine how the TH boys must be feeling.
Speaking of which, does anyone know if there's been any development with the 'I Vote Tokio Hotel' fan action? Surely everyone will have emailed their screen shots by now, but as far as I know nothing else has happened so far.

Recently in Cooper's bar...
Alien: "Hey Alice, you look like Bill Kaulitz!"
Alice: "I know... I am his father..."
I love these ads so much I think I'll cry when they end Ugh now I want to read an Alice Cooper being Bill's father fanfic now I think I'm crazy.
I hope you guys don't mind that I spam this page.

Nahh, I don't mind at all xD I love these adverts too!
Hmm...I wonder if the EMAs will be shown anywhere on the internet. I don't have a TV in my flat, so if that's the only way you can watch them, I'm going to miss finding out whether Tokio Hotel won or not =/

he lost his mind obviously... that's a shame, he was such a beautiful boy... damn. And yes, they won, but they were too busy to show up on the event... -.-
Re: Tokio Hotel
yea, i remember when he had that huge hair and those really loose jeans and everyone would try to spy his little butt.
now the huge hair is gone and he's wearing all this crazy stuff. :\
i hope i'm not the only one who thinks that the crazy outfits do not match the music. it's just really over the top.
[and yes, they always win ^^]

Re: Tokio Hotel
Bill looks fine, it's just a few piercings. Piercings aren't even that big of a deal once you take them out it's almost like they never happened.
Also has their style ever really matched their music? I mean look at Tom and why should it even matter. You should be able to wear what ever you want. One type of music shouldn't mean you have to wear one style of clothing. Be creative and do what you want. Most artists now a days don't conform their style to their music.
Besides their outfits in the Humanoid tour matched the music and feel of the tour just fine but really I just call that having a tour theme.

Awe I love that pic. People have to grow so he can't stay the same forever.
I really like his new style, I like the clothes and boots but I do wish he would get rid of the piercings. He needs a new hairstyle too but I don't hate this current one either.

Re: Tokio Hotel
i think it's more of a perception thing. he seemed really approachable then, or at least more approachable than he is now. he did silly things and he was always a diva, but we could always imagine him doing something really random and really normal.
i saw him in a costume though, and i couldn't help but think that hugging him while he's wearing that would be reaaaally tough/painful.
i have nothing against what he's wearing etc. i guess it's just really random. he has no real reason to wear the things he's wearing, and when it comes to over the top costumes, i think you should have a reason. might be just me though.

Re: Tokio Hotel
^ Are you talking about the humanoid tour outfits because those are the only outfits that I remember that where really crazy and that was part of the whole tour's atmosphere and theme. (Honestly I wasn't a fan of the outfits but whatever he was very proud of since he helped deigned them so they didn't bug me to much )
Guest- Guest
Re: Tokio Hotel
yea, i'm talking about those.
imo, they didn't really go with the album. their new songs became more electronic, but also poppier. if they all had the humanoid feel, then i could see it work.

Re: Tokio Hotel
^ I really wasn't a huge fan of those outfits but I kinda thought they had a scifi feel to them which I thought went with the album. Since it kinda had a scifi feel too with songs like Humanoid, Alien, Phatomrider and Hey Du (which is about androids which I don't think anyone know that just by listening to the English version).
Also he thankfully didn't wear those outfits to the meet and greets. He just wore normal clothes. I can't even picture fans around him in those outfits. I bet it would be interesting thou .

TH was the only European band or artist to win anything at the Emas. The Americans are taking over! It is a little sad thou it's just becoming another Amas.

America is becoming all-powerful, especially where music is concerned at the moment. The real shame is that pop has almost completely taken over. I hope that can change, there's more to music than generic pop...
I just had a horrible thought...what will we do if Tokio Hotel and Kerli both end up being nominated in the same category in an awards show? I'd be so torn.

TheLastSongbird: Verspertine had the most amazing answer about pop music one time it really made me think about it but your right it would be nice if popular music was so generic.

Also I don't know why but I can't picture them being nominated in the same category but I guess it could happen.

I would love to see Kerli get nominated for some awards.
Yes, Tokio Hotel definitely deserved this award.
I really hope they will never be nominated in the same category. I'm having a hard time picturing and maybe that's because I never want it to happen . Here's too hoping they get nominated in different categories so I can vote for both of them like crazy.

lol. you can't say that an artist deserves an award more than another artist. unless you're talking about someone going against lady gaga and the likes lol.

I think awards are a matter of opinion and that's our opinion .
The Humanoid tour starts soon again and then off to Japan. I'm so excited for them to go to Japan.

Yup, they've said they want to come to the UK, but it keeps being put off. They planned to come to the UK in September on their Humanoid City tour, but somehow that ended up not happening =/ I'm kind of glad that fell through though, because if they had come here I would most likely have been too late to get tickets. I only became a fan of theirs on 5th September

Re: Tokio Hotel
Right now since they are working on a new album they might not have the time to tour to the other places.
Lets hope that the next album is a hit in both England and Australia, my friend had actually informed me that they are selling the humanoid CD in Big W, Target etc... Which is good news for Australia :]

Re: Tokio Hotel
It's going to take a bit of work for them to get popular in the UK, seeing as their UK music label dropped them. It's stupid how few people know of them over here. I haven't found anyone at uni who likes them. My best friend used to be into them, she isn't any more...I'm going to see if I can change that when I next see her

Re: Tokio Hotel
Kerli said somewhere that an album usually takes about a year when a band is on a roll. So maybe their next German album will be out in a year or so, then the English version a year after that. I hope so anyway. The sooner they finish their next English album, the sooner they can start thinking about coming to the UK!

Re: Tokio Hotel
imo, the guys are way too busy to be 'on a roll'. that's why humanoid took so long.
though i wonder why making an album takes a year. is that including getting the label to agree to songs and finding art/makiing video?

^ I don't know...I'm not sure if Kerli meant just writing, recording and finalising. Nobody can really know when an album will be ready for, not even the artist, as we've seen with Kerli's latest album I know the guys have other things to be getting on with and that there might be complications, but you can't blame me for my wishful thinking xD
