High School...

So today was back to school day O.o
I'm in tenth grade now and I must say, year 2 of high school is an interesting experience...
People and drama and lies and relationships!
It's really obnoxious,
So my question is, high school? thoughts and comments on this small piece of the youth experience? -_-

Well my advice to you really is about just having having fun and enjoying hS well you can & work hard...

haha it has its upsides and downsides.

The only thing I miss about HS is the people. I have friends who are seniors now and I can't believe we won't have any classes together :[

I can't say that period of my life was enjoyable. I had to put up with a lot of people trying to make my life miserable and when I couldn't take it any more I withdrew completely and became a loner.

I'm glad those times are behind me, and I'm looking forward to going to University

High school is a lot more dramatic then Primary.
(Primary- K-6
High school- 7-12 )
But it has a lot more enjoyable classes like music, art and language.

HS pretty much f*cked me over but for some silly reason I kind of miss it. As a child I always had this excitement in late August (out school starts in September). And shopping for pencils and notebooks and oh the joy!! Feels like home xd

Oo.. what ages are high school? Is it like Secondary school? (11-16?) - Secondary school was good for me- yes It had so many downs, but It was fun and I've learnt a lot about me!! I sort of miss it!! and atm I'm in college and I like it :]

In Estonia it's ages 16-19 grades 10-12.

hehe in Serbia HS is 15(16)-18(19) too

I hate secondary and high school
in Poland primary school 6-13
secondary school 13-16
high school 16-19 and is high school (french school)16-20

That's the same problem I had. I literally felt I couldn't talk to anyone, because I thought they either wouldn't like me, or think I was weird or something. Being bullied throughout primary and secondary school really messed with my confidence and I had trust issues too. Then there were other people who would deliberately try to knock my confidence or make me upset, even though I'd done nothing to them and they didn't know me. I had no idea who I could turn to, or who to trust. I lost my so-called "friends", because they chose to get behind the girl who had bullied me since I was 7 in making my school life miserable. I became utterly paranoid and afraid around people at school.

Basically, I was screwed up and I'm only just starting to get out of that. At least when I found Kerli I started to understand more about who I was, and why I found it difficult to connect with people.

Phew, sorry about that...but it helps me to offload things like this. I hope you don't mind me ranting too much xD

When i was on trials the people seemed amazing and as crazy as i am
Besides one of my besties is starting on the same class so i'm feeling quite positive about it <3

I feel like people at art schools are more open and accepting. A bit crazy, but in a good creative way

Last week was my first week of HS. I am trying to have a good attitude but my experience so far has been negative.

I hope it gets better.

I'm going into high school next year...well, I'm applying for an academy.

The honest truth about the high school environment is far simpler than it seems. When you are older and get some time to think you will see that all the most horrible people are actually the ones hurting the most and they can't express their emotions well so they try to hurt others. A lot of people try to make it seem that your high school experience really means something later in life but truthfully I didn't see anyone from my school after college. I don't even run into them in our home town. If you have a rough time in school just remember that all you have to do is be very patient and time will pass and things will change. My school was not as socially dangerous as it was physically dangerous so I can't speak to being bullied so much but I lost 10% of my graduating class to homicide so we were just in a bad situation that wasn't safe. All in all just survive and become stronger

Im not going to highschool, Im going to college, but I wanted to show you amazing notebooks that my mom got me today. They are so meeeeeeeee. :3 and they are also bubblegoth <3
