I like pretty red apple, probably because it's really meaningful(: i think XO is a little bit too popish and PRA is just "more Kerli" than XO Very Happy

Defiantly Pretty Red Apple! I love the beat and the lyrics. I'm really not a fan of XO at all. That's the type of song that normally makes me turn off my radio, because I feel like I've heard it so many times before =/

The lyrics are sweet and it's a beautiful song.
I love XO too, but I think it's a little too pop for me.

XO. Pretty Red Apple has a better meaning, but doesn't really show any talent. And if I don't hear that your voice is good, I turn off the radio. I want to hear why you are famous, and Pretty Red Apple doesn't do that. It's got a nice message, okay beat, but when played on the radio it would strike the listeners as "Okay." XO on the other hand would REALLY spark interest in Kerli, it would be played OVER and OVER and OVER again. It's a catchy song with clever lyrics. It's asking to be on the radio. PRA is too pop for Love is Dead, but not pop enough for her new radio sound. It's just kind of a genre that doesn't fit in with Kerli...

That's a good point.
If someone heard PRA on the radio, they might not think much of it.
However XO has a good beat to it, it would probably be better for other peoples' likings.

well, we do have to keep in mind that kerli wrote these songs for OTHER artists. so they don't have to sound like Kerli songs.

i think XO is more catchy but i love PRA!

I like Pretty Red Apple more. XO is really poppy and catchy, but it sounds like it's been done before... it's pretty typical. I don't think it stands out as much as PRA does, because of the lyrics. Although they aren't completely new either, words like that to a song that sounds that pop are pretty different.

I also love how she sounds when she sings the bridge.. the "it hurts like like hell, here take a pill" part. Smile

I like "XO" just because it's a different sound Kerli hasn't really done before. I like that we get one poppy track but I don't want her to make an album like that.

I was more into XO at first, but once the catchy pop element had worn off I started to love Pretty Red Apple. I love the lyrics and when the drum beat starts at the beginning of the song it hooks me every time! There's something about the harmonised "oh-oh's" in the background too...I don't know what it is, I just love them Very Happy

Pretty red apple for sure ^_^ I LOVE that song. Even if it's not really Kerli's song. I wasn't a big fan of XO anyway though.. i really didn't like it.

I prefer PRA. Although of the 2 songs I think XO would have been more likely to have sold and been on the radio. I think it would have fit JoJo (she still makes music right?). Pretty Red Apple was too Kerli-ish if that makes sense. Another artist wouldn't have fit the lyrics quite as well.
