She looks gorgeous, I love her hair. I think the dress is beautiful, I love it, it's crazy how she can make something so pretty out of toilet paper.

I agree that the toilet paper roll on her head is kinda awkward but it completes the outfit in my opinion.

People do seem determined to live the most glamorous lifestyle possible and have the most money to spend on stuff in a desperate attempt to be happy with life. But maybe if people discovered the simple beauty and pleasures of life, the world would be a happier place

My first impulse was something like.. well, it's not just a paper dress. It's a toilet paper dress. So I thought she's saying in kind of a humorous way that that's what most pop culture actually is. Crap. Or not worth anything more than what you use to... clean up crap..

But I like the positivity in the idea that she's saying with the dress that you can make truly beautiful things out of cheap and otherwise worthless stuff, too.

Kerli is very creative. I think that she has millions of amazing ideas. This dress and a picture I love.

I see it as a warning to the world, "you're all so full of crap and can't seem to clean up your act, don't make me have to wipe your ass!" Someone has to do it... and the TP might not be as soft as advertised...

It's like a scene from some weird bathroom drama/comedy play. Kerli's character is all ready to throw some TP on some douche (pardon my french) pouting, "that's the last time YOU leave the toilet seat up!"
