Two extremes. Polarity.
How to keep the first one balanced?

I think I have problem with it too. Some years ago I was pissed off because she didn't answer me, but she has so much to do. Now I understand it.

But still, sometimes I think that the ordinary, not too delicate questions even are not good enough to ask.

How to be balanced in general with everybody?

Where are the borders, because I think they are far furhter than in this example.

I know that you should just start with simple thinks and be further, but I mean, when that's not the case.
When you feel like you need to ask something for example?

What are the examples of these bad questions?

For example, is the question does she plan to write a book someday a bad question?

I never said that was a bad question.I mean it was annoying when fans have been rude to kerli about waiting so long for the EP. Blaming her it took so long.

Yeah, Kerli is not the one to blame.

Just automatically had to say that.

She's really good about answering questions when she's got a Google+ chat, I don't think she minds as long as they're worded politely. Otherwise, she's really busy and with thousands and thousands of people asking her things every day, she can't get back to all of them. There are tons of people always asking her to say "hi" to them on Facebook or Twitter.
