Imagine how cool it would be if Kerli released her music on vinyl, I think that'd be awesome. Especially since the artwork would be bigger and everything!

Hmm, no, this is the EP, still. I'm pretty sure the album itself isn't even done yet (Kerli making more songs, the label deciding which ones get to be on the album...heh).

It's nice there are CD's of Utopia somewhere :D

I think it's natural that Estonia would make them first, being her home country and all, and people being proud of her over there and wanting to help her. Also, it's a small country, so making and selling CD's isn't that big of a hassle there, compared to America.

Last I've seen from Facebook and Instagram is that she's off relaxing/writing songs somewhere. Doesn't seem to be much going on by way of the actual new album.

So "Utopia" made it to #10 on the official estonian album chart! Very Happy

It debuted in the week 23. There's only a Top10 and it fell out of the charts this week though... but still it's pretty epic so see her charting in a country!

She would have made it much higher if the release of the digital and physical copy was at the same time.

Well, Utopia has been released as a cd in many baltic countries, such as Estonia.

She said once again on facebook that we should write them about a video. It's all their decision. Since the EP flopped (only reaching #196 on US Billboard Top200, IMO still a good debut considering it was only digital - with doubled sales it would have reached the Top100!) they will do even less than before for her because they think she can't sell something.

She really need to take a lawyer and try to leave the label and release stuff by herself. That would be the best thing for the fans and i think also for hers as she's doing all the stuff by herself right now too. Just imagine if she would have released all the leaked stuff right after she recorded it! The people wouldn't download it illegal but buy it legal!

I wonder why they haven't dropped her yet though, she isn't selling because they aren't promoting her or letting her release anything but still it's odd.

I do hope that North America & other countries will get the "Full Album" Too. Her freaking stupid label really pisses me off so much. They are much to blame for the low Album sales if you ask me. Kerli really needs to leave that bloody label if she can one time. Find one that will do her better.

im sure kerli is just as frustrated but i agree.. if the label isn't putting her music out then drop her! but i think the label is doing it intentionally - they don't want to drop her because they know she's got the potential to become huge but they don't want to put enough money behind her to promote her properly because they're too busy with rihanna's and justin bieber's antics.

I see. That seems kind of selfish of the label. I always wished they drop her to. I mean I can picture her being a huge star. It's just feels like they are holding her back. Yeah it does seem like kerli is just has annoyed.

I agree with you all. I think if she were able to leave her label she would be way more successful. Imagine if Kerli were able to go independent! I really do believe she would be more successful that way than to be on that label. It just isnt the right one for her anyway. Do some of you think the reason why her sounded made such a change so fast was because of her the label? Do you think if she was completely free to do whatever she wanted and had the support of a great record label she would have done a good mixture of both of the styles?

^I do think that her sound would have ended up being a lot more bubblegoth. Or at least I think that she would have more of her own sound. I mean, I still love the rave scene and the club music too, but something more like happy hardcore would be nice. I feel like a lot of the songs on the EP have a distinctly "mainstream" sound to them that seems pretty connected to what her label would want.

I agree. I would like to hear a little more of her old style mixed with the new style she has. I think that would have been the true Bubblegoth sound. I think the label pretty much gave her no choice but to have songs that sound more mainstream. Her lyrics are always so good and I'm scared that they will start trying to change that too. I wonder if Kerli is truely happy with all of the new stuff. The label is just not supporting her at all. Our radio stations will not play Kerli at all because they have no idea who she is!!

I don't think they released a physical copy of army of love at all. Not in the shops at least but there are a few copies on eBay still I believe.
