yup.but her new one is more bubble gum pop,

I have too say I don't generally like dance at all but I there are a couple
Of songs that are catchy and some that shouldn't be 'in a dance style
Would properly have made it a better album for me c c t kids is pretty
Stomping I love the slower numbers on album but 4 or so
Love is dead was definitely a more balanced album
Kerli should focus introvertly and find the album it
Should of been not aim too conforming too a dance culture
With no real meanings as such
Unless your Partying hard
Still will buy it and will listen some more

Not sure if she means the EP or the full album. If the EP will be released physically it would be the biggest surprise for me and amazing!

I said "just the EP", meaning not the album just yet. I am extremely happy that things are moving forward and that Kerli is finally getting her songs out :) As for the album, it seems it might be released in the spring/early summer (at least, I hope). Because I said last fall, that the songs we had heard then sounded summery and happy, and thought that it would be a nice summer album. So the releasing time would be good now.

They are definitely songs drunk people in the club would sing along to. But at the same time, I think they still have the Kerli meaning behind them.. but it's not as obvious. It's coated in stuff non-moonchildren might like. :/ And the GOOD part you have to already know from her old stuff to find.

But I think all of these songs are about positivity. The Lucky Ones was originally based on Vespertine's cancer scare, and I think it and Here and Now are about accepting that your own happiness is up to you to manifest by appreciating what you have and what is good in the present moment, because if most people look they could probably find something to appreciate. And life is better when you appreciate, and when you don't take things like your health and your loved ones and your life itself for granted, because you could easily lose them. And I think part of Can't Control The Kids might be about not being told who you're going to be by society - not being told what to like, not being told that money is everything, not being told who to love. These are all things that I find to be very in-line with "old" Kerli. Are these songs as deep and personal? No. And are they radio-friendly dance? Yes. And are they as obvious as her old music? NO. WAY. But it's still Kerli. It does bother me a bit that some people will hear these songs and not hear this dimension of them at all - but I'd rather hear this message from her in this way, then not get it from her at all because her label won't release music written like her older stuff.

And of course feel free to think about them what you want, I just felt like explaining how I've reconciled listening to her new stuff myself.

And I'm very excited for the EP!

It's simple: if you don't like it, don't listen to it.
It's not like anyone will judge for disliking some of her new stuff. You shouldn't feel the NEED to make yourself like it "because it's Kerli." She herself said you don't have to like all of her music to be a fan.
Personally, I love almost all of her songs, but when I don't like a song, I just put it aside. I love Kerli for her stance on life. NOT because I feel obligated to listen to all of her music.
