Halloween

I had some Starbursts today but they stuck to my teeth. When I had braces they used to rip off the wires and make my gums bleed. Not nice! :p

I'm so excited for Halloween this year... I've got two costumes actually XD one is a fairy and the other is a masked steampunk girl. I couldn't decide which one to be but I just want an excuse to wear them both haha.

I so need to get on this, I'm suppose to drive up to see my friend and go to a party with him but i have no costume. I may continue with my theme of dressing up as singers but idk who I'd be, I've done gaga, kesha, and katy perry already.

Mainly because I don't have time to dress up as anything more original and I have a pink dress I've worn only once. So I found my old pink fairy/butterfly wings and TA-DAH a fairy!

Hmm, I might have to rethink my choice of costume, since it's really cold here now (-5'C last night) and I might not be able to handle it in just stockings... :/

It seems I'll be making a corpsepaint of some sort for my fiancé, so maybe I'll have a corpsepaint, too. Maybe even a sugar skull if I'm feeling artsy fartsy. I could wear lots of lace and roses and be all pretty, hihi.

I went to a halloween do yesterday and i was an evil teletubbie who was never allowed to come and play i looooved my make up and ive never received so many random smiles on the tube haha!
I did take a full length picture as well but because the lighting in my room is so crap and i was all in black, it didnt really show
but basically, i ripped my jeans and added loads of chains and studs (and i fell in love with them so i will be wearing them now haha) and my sweater that looks like cobweb.. so yeah my halloween costume was what i wear every day haha!

I think I'm being an evil doll. My first choice was a zombie prom queen but that didn't quite work out in time, maybe next year.

I've been planning my costume in my head more, and I think I'll be going for the sugar skull. I have two hairclips with dark red roses and lace on them, so I'll be able to wear those. Plus, I could wear this gorgeous red corset I have, to continue with the red... Pretty much everything else will be black. But I'm going to have to test the ensemble first, right now this all is just in my head xD
And then, design the skull pattern... hmm. We'll see :)

So basically one of my best friends and I just went to a Halloween store and kind of went nuts. She wanted all of this neon rainbow and pink stuff and decided the theme of her costume could be ecstasy.. not because we're druggies she just thought it would be ironic/funny, and what else can you be with neon rainbows except for maybe a unicorn? Except they had no horns for that option. LOL and for mine I found this gothic ragdoll costume but didn't like the ragdoll hair, so I got this terrible white wig instead (the bangs wouldn't straighten out!), and huge creepy doll eyelashes. So I ended up as the slightly lolita, slightly.. deranged? doll person on the right. xD



Also incidentally I happen to be holding the cat. He wasn't part of my costume though And.. moonmarks!



So we're not very good planners apparently but we still had fun. And I decided later I could say we were bubble and goth



even though it wasn't intentional.

And then we watched The Exorcist.. Third time I've seen it and it still scared the crap out of me. And I walked to the bathroom and nearly died when I saw my reflection in the mirror because I'd forgotten I had the makeup on and freaked myself out. FAIL

And my during the day not-quite-a-costume that I wore when I had to sadly be mature and presentable, was Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, but blonde like in the concept art:





This time include the cat in the costume though Why is Halloween only once a year!

I hope you don't have this wig because it's not a great wig. It wouldn't cooperate! And it was very hot to wear. Or maybe I just had way too much hair with it on, 'cause I kind of have too much hair anyway.

thank you i couldnt afford the maleficent costume itself so i got just the hat and staff ((i keep forgetting about it)) i did the makeup myself..how do you girls do it that is hard the lips were easy the eyes actually hurt

thanks i tried to make it at least look alittle like it...i found the feater neck thingy at a store...i have been walking around the house all month asking people to bring me the heart of snow white. i was going to alter it but then i got tired XD

I ended up dressing as Alice, since I didn't have much time to do my own makeup after painting my fiancé's face... I'll show you, don't tell him I posted his picture :B Drinking beer with a straw so that the paint doesn't get messed up. Ain't he cute? xD
