She has wine fair so I don't get why the do that. If the already wannted Skylar Grey as there new artist, why did the make the poll then?

Well, maybe MTV talk with Kerli and they have a agreement. Maybe Kerli appears in november, maybe because she dont have a new single yet and november there's exist. We dont know

It never said the person with the most votes gets it, I guess. Maybe it's just for another opinion. If they want something strongly, they'll pick the person, but they'll look at the poll if they aren't sure.

Looking at the poll, it says Who do you RECOMMEND to be the Next MTV Push. So the winner doesn't necessarily win.
