Edit : The EVMA 2011 are a Digital Awards Conducted for First Time by EWM.

The nominees will be chosen for his digital success in this year. and for his stay in our top 50 world singles, between other aspects to evaluate. With the EVMA we aim to highlight the best of music from the best of it, to the fans of each of the nominees, with 14 Categories including “Video Of The Year, Best New Artist, Best European Video” and one special categorie, for be the first time “Video Of The Decade”

The nominees will be published the next monday, where you can vote for them in the first week of October.

The Votings closes on November 11th and the results with the winners , will be post on November 14.

I wondered about that too, but I suppose it's like Krissy said, she's not been very widely known about for much of her career. She's only just starting to get more recognised, and I should think so after performing at all those festivals over the summer! She has this new style and attitude to music too, so she is pretty much a "new" artist in that sense.

I'll vote just as soon as the stupid cooling off period ends :/

The poll closing time of midnight is based on CET time, so if that point falls earlier in your time zone, you should be at an advantage. I found out that Max Barskih is a Croatian artist, and Croatia is in the CET time zone too. The later it gets in CET time, the more the number of votes over there will dwindle as people go to sleep...hopefully.

ARGH! I keep getting blocked from voting quicker than usual. This would happen on the last day of voting -_-

Kerli

Is a singer, songwriter and record producer in Estonia. During his childhood and adolescence, he participated in several competitions and music festivals, and at 14 years old, won Fizz Superstar. In fact, she was hired by Universal Music Sweden, where he remained for a short time. He continued performing and spent the next two years in Sweden to specialize in composition. Kerli, auditioned for the president of Island Records, LA Reid, who hired her, and then traveled when she was 18 years to the United States.

on July 8, 2008 was released in the United States their debut album "Love is Dead" The album debuted at number 126 on the Billboard 200 in the U.S., selling 5500 copies in its first week.

on December 16, 2011 "Army Of Love" was released digitally on its official website.

The song reached number one in the "Dance / Club Play Songs" by Billboard for the week of May 7, 2011

in June 2011 Army Of Love entered at # 30 in Top 50 World Singles nuetra and remained inside for several weeks.

in October 2011 its music video was nominated and won the Merjor movies on the first edition of 2011 EVMA performed digitally.

Kerli also won the category for Best New Artist with support from their fans giving more than 33 000 votes.
