Nails, tips, etc.

i did have my nails pink.But i smuched them.had to take it off.sometimes i suck at doing my nails.

Also I painted my nails.. only on light blue... I found a few my nail polish which was valid to 2009 and they works... i;m in shock

Wow everyone is so pro with their nails the only thing I do with mine is to paint them with ONE colour once in a while, but I would like to try something more flasy at sometime

I only have like.. 6 different colors! So I can barely do anything, because I don't have white ): I will do polka dots(:

today i painted my nails yellow with white stripes...pretty nice...i got two more nail polishes today...i reached at about 45 now...i just can't get enough of them..summer collections are adorable!

you should try newspaper..i do it pretty often, it's easy and really unique and pretty...

I did my nails.
They looked like crap.
Except for the Hello Kitty one.
So I took them all of except that one.
Then I found out that I got bright red nail polish all over my favorite jeans.
Just my luck.

I wish I could do my nails. I do so much work with my hands that it all off by the end of the day. xD I'm so jealous of all your fancy nails!

Newspaper nails are SUPER easy and they are really cute. The cupcake ones are easy too(:

I did my nails dark purple.but they look black.LOL

My nails have become so brittle, dry and ugly the last year. I have to cut them down all the time becaue they tend to split. I haven't had long nails (the length I like) in so many months. Any ideas how to make my nails healthier and better looking? (:

maybe buy a clear nail polish that makes your nails stronger.

It's good idea to put clear stuff on before you do your nails and afther you had nail polish on for a long time.

Sometimes i find afther my nails go pinkish.

I want to try the water marble nail art stuff now! It looks super cool, but getting the colors I want may take a bit. Laid off of work right now u.u

- Massage olive oil into them, or if you have more time, sink your nails into olive oil and let them have a bath :D And then massage your nails.

-I've heard that you should never cut your nails short, but instead file them. And I agree, with clippers and scissors your nails tend to bend and even crackle, but with filing them you "manipulate" them very little.

- If you use a lot of nail polish, take it off for a few days and let your nails breathe!

- Never use those fake nails that you glue on top of your own nails for too long. It will make your nails incredibly soft and eww.

- Eat healthy and drink a lot of water :B

- And for this last tip I'll quote myself: "I remembered another good tip for nails. A good nail file! I recommend glass nail files, because they are so fine you can file in any direction (with normal, course files you always file towards the tip of your nail, never "backwards"), they are hygienic because you can wash them, and they last for years! Also, filing with a fine nail file causes the oils in your nail to come out, which works as glue between the layers of your nail. This might help if your nails usually break in layers.

Sometimes when i was using this cleaning thing.It took off my nail polish.

^ Wow, must've been a strong cleaning thing! :D Was it liquid cleaning thing, or one of those magic sponges that take everything out? I'd recommend using gloves with liquid cleaners, they might be bad for your hands. And nails :P

Thank you for the good advices Few days ago I began to apply this nail cream that I used last year, and it made my nails very strong. So hopefully the results will be the same this time:) And yesterday I painted my nails with a clear nail polish that is supposed to contain multivitamins

I'll buy a glass file when I have some money to spare
I'll try to eat as healthy as I can

I just bought a glass file, it cost 70 NOK (11-12USD). It was the cheapest one I found It works great, my nails look better as well Hopefully I'll have nice nails before the summer is over

I am totally into minx right now. expensive to have, but last very long

I have a problem, and I wonder if anyone has the same... My nails grow twisted! They start curving too soon on one side and they look like tortillas xD Once my right hand index finger nail was so long, it curved back from under and touched the tip of my finger O_o
I wonder what causes this? I tried googling, and one theory was that the nail has been filed wrong; too much on one side, so it twists... It sounds plausible, but why only some of my nails are twisted? 3 of my nails grow perfectly straight, even though I file them all the same way... I guess.

My nail file broke... Someone took it from me and broke it, so now I have to buy a new one but I don't have money. ugh..
But on the other side, I bought 10 nailpolishes I can't wait to use them ^_^
