The Old-Fashioned Sweet Shop

So I decided to write a nicer poem!

There is a place, a magical place
Where cotton candy makes a cloud
The gobstoppers tastes oh so different
Where people are free to be loud

There is a place, a magical place
Where the doors are made from candy canes
The floor is made from sour sweets
And chocolate adorns the window panes

There is a place, a magical place
Where the tables are made from toffee
The counter is made from nougat
And the chairs taste like banoffee

There is a place, a magical place
Where the jars are full of walnut whips
Chupa Chups are given away free
The taste of jelly beans you lick off your lips

There is a place, a magical place
Where the bubblegum goes POP
Because, of course, this is by far the best
Old-Fashioned Sweet Shop!

I hope you like it! I love sweets and have recently become addicted to chewing gum and bubblegum. In fact, my love of sweet things inspired this poem x
