My Mask.

I made this poem when i was feeling very shitty one day and cried myself to sleep. Nothing good, don't really make sense, just felt like that's the only way to express.
It's something like a song, but to me, poems are just lyrics without a melody.




My Mask:
All of you see me as a happy child.
But you do not know who i am.
None of you can see me hiding behind my smile.
Even when i'm with them.

Nobody notices what's happening to me.
They don't even try.
I don't even know what i'm trying to be.
As i watch the day go by.


No one knows what it's like to be me,
I just want somebody to ask.
It's not like i wanna gain sympathy,
but i just wanna see what i hide behind my mask.


As i walk through the hall facing down
I am invisible.
Behind my smile, i'm having a frown.
Inside, dying so little.

No one knows what it's like to be me,

It'll be too late once you realized what happened.
Where things isn't totally different from what you have listened.
I'm ending this tonight,
I'm giving up the fight.
I just hope maybe next time you will be there and everything will be all right.

I felt like the whole world ignored me and hated me. So i started to pen down what i thought and how i felt. It just became this really dark poem that seems to kill all the happiness in a room. :l.
