Summer vacation (holiday?)

I know summervacation (or holiday?) has been over for a month now, or you still have it or it was over less than month ago.. What do you think about the summer vacation? How long does it last in your country? When does it start and when does it begin? What do you do in the summer vacation?
I love summer vacations, its fun But I like it most because it is not school for 2 months, which is really awesome. I don't like to swim in the sea and such as many other people or get tanned. I love to eat ice cream and hang out with my friends In Norway the summer vacation uasually starts around 16-22th June, or later or earlier and it ends around 15-25th august, I think. This year it started 18th June and ended 16th August (: But my sisters vacation started at 22nd june and ended the same day as me, because I'm at high school (I think its called high school in english. ) and shes at "kidsschool" (1st -7th grade)
Me and my family travels to Turkey because our family is there. It's pretty boring there, I have no friends : (
Anyway.. I know its bit to late to talk about this, but I freakin' love the summer expect when it's to hot. I like the springs weather SO MUCH BETTER ! (: I miss the summer, it's raining and raining and raining all the freakin' time. It's boring, but I kinda like to listen to it )

Oh lawd, how I miss being able to sleep in every morning.

My summer vacation this year was three months. June, July, and August (Well, I started college on the 23rd of August)

ive been sleeping n doing 'nothing' since may... its boring. im trying to get a job now to save up for my tattoo gun

sumer vacation for me starts in the begining of June and ends towards the middle/end of August.
i ALWAYS stay up really late and sleep in late(:
i ALWAYS go to my gmas house with my couzin because they have a pool and its really fun

We don't have them :/ we have 4 terms and each one has 2 week breaks.
Our summer vacation would start from December to February (approximately six weeks)

I looooove summer vacation because I there's not college during 3 months
In Argentina It starts the first week of december and it ends first week of march, so that's cool
I used to go to the beach with my family... beaches of Argentina, I love them. Ok, they're not Ibiza or Marbella, but that's my country

Now in my country is the golden Polish autumn and this is amazingVacation I work in farm I all time do it

I wish I would have summer holiday My last vacation was in March and I don't know when I'll take next one but when I will I want to visit Thailand or Mexico. I would like to have long vacation like I had when I was in school but in other hand then I didn't had the money to go where I wanted to

in mexico recently the summer vacations start on july 3rd or 4th and they end on august 18th 19th 20th

It's only half way through the school year and I'm SO ready for summer vacation. There's a slight chance that we might go to Spain. All I know is that I have to get a job to pay for next year's foreign trip.

like, plus 40 sometimes .. it's horrible.

last year we had a super hot summer :S and i kinda felt sorry for everyone who cant stand the heat - especially the animals so i was making them drink cold water all the time. i like the heat but theres a limit as well, for me.

Last year in Turkey the weather was crazy! It was so warm, I was inside all the time and drank water all the time. I heard there was like 42 degrees celsius in Ankara last summer. oh god.
But I kinda like it. <3
