Is that Kerli in it? I dunno.. It's hard to guess on an angled side view :s
Re: Vespertine
I don't think so. But if I understand right, Kerli did the Make Up.

Hi guys. I've been having a lot of difficulty trying to decide whether or not I want to share this, but I think you have the right to know. Exactly one month ago, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer. It was for this reason that I decided to stop waiting for the perfect moment to release "The End of the World Suite," and also the reason that I have not been actively discussing it or doing more to engage my fans. I'm going to apologize in advance if this gets long or complicated, but the bottom line is something of a miracle and I don't know how to fully convey it without giving you details.
On the 25th of April, I underwent surgery to remove the tumor and to assess what type of cancer cells were present. Within two days, I was informed that the tumor was of a less aggressive variety, and I was to be referred to an oncologist for observation. I was sent for a CT scan initially to get an idea of whether or not the cancer had spread, and hours later, received a call to inform me that they had discovered what they called an "enlarged mass" in my abdomen. Immediately, more scans were ordered to determine how active this secondary mass was. The data collected presented a lot of atypical results, and I was sent to every specialist in California. No two doctors had the same idea as to what was going on, but all agreed that my cancer was in an advanced stage, and I should undergo months of chemotherapy before making a diagnosis and attempting more surgery. I was told that as a result of the particular chemotherapy drugs I was to be given, I could be left infertile, unable to feel my fingers and toes, partially deaf, and at a high risk for other cancers. For the better part of this last month, I had to adjust to the idea that the rest of my life would be about survival rather than living.
Yesterday was to be my first day of chemo. I had taken a bunch of pictures of myself the night before so I'd be able to release them periodically for the rest of the year so you guys would still be able to recognize me. I listened to Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No.3 one last time while I could still hear every note. I played through my songs while I could still feel the keys. I was in the clinic, in my armchair--IV hooked into my arm, blood drawn, system pumped full of hydrating fluids to allow my body to tolerate the toxicity, moments away from beginning treatment, when my oncologist received a call from his radiology department. Looking at a six year old scan that I had for a completely unrelated issue, he had discovered that this mass had been present all along. It was not a cancerous tumor. They pulled the needle out of my arm and sent me home.
I'm still rather in a state of shock about the whole thing. To all my friends who haven't received all the details, I hope this explains why I've been out of touch, and to all my clients and business associates who I've been largely ignoring--I'm crawling back into the light. I wish I had something more profound to say about what I've endured thus far, but it's hard for me to find the words. I was literally granted a last second pardon. I will still have to be monitored for a while to make sure that there is no recurrence, but today I feel like the luckiest person in the world.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Young guys--between 15 and 35--we are in the highest risk group for testicular cancer. PLEASE check your balls regularly. If you feel a lump--even if you're not sure what it is--see a doctor immediately. Early detection can mean the difference between a simple surgery and a life-altering battle for survival. A little awareness goes a long way. I urge you to share this. If what I've gone through helps a single person, this whole experience will have been a blessing in my eyes.

I'm so glad he's doing better now. I had no idea this was happening to him. He really is blessed.
