Just keep thinking positve

People always have fight in them even if it's hidden inside. You may not feel strong enough but we know you are. We can believe in you when you don't believe in yourself and that's just something you have to keep reminding yourself.

Wake up every morning look in the mirror and tell yourself I am strong. I am light and love. I am a warrior of my destiny and I have the moonchildren looking over my shoulder to help me.

Death is not a bad thing at all. Things must die in order for new things to come. Death will come when the time is right, and it's not your time just yet. If you're (more or less) healthy physically, it's not your time. All this is just in your head, therefore, you can work it out. Thoughts can't kill you, even if it feels like it sometimes.

Is there something you enjoy doing? Writing, arts, reading, running...? Do something you enjoy doing when you feel depressed. I find knitting/crocheting rather therapeutic; you can think all sorts of things while working on something physical. Plus, you get the feeling of success when you finish something!

Btw, are you religious and/or superstitious? Sorry if that's too personal or something you don't like to discuss, but knowing this would help me understand you more ^^
And, another personal question: how old are you? You don't have to answer if you don't want to, of course.

Just remember, it's not your time to die yet; now is your time to be alive. You will feel better one day, just keep focused on positive things, and continue therapy if it's helping you. We will help as much as we can, too :)

well, im sure in time you can look back on this and see how hard it was but how strong you are. Just take it one day at a time.

Thank you for answering ^^ I'm sure yoga and meditation will do you good! I'd like to try yoga, but I rarely have the money to go to a class. I've only learned a few positions from a magazine :D
I'm not that much older than you, but old enough to "share my wisdom" :D And I've always been "old" in my mind, meaning I don't do stupid things like other kids do. I don't need to, I know the results without trying :) Plus I guess I'm old-fashioned.
My family isn't religious either, but religion was taught at school. I never believed any of it, so I'm an atheist. I'm not superstitious either, though sometimes after reading ghost stories I might be a bit jumpy xD The fact that I sometimes see things and have a strong graphic imagination really adds to it. But I don't really get scared, because I'm too logical for that. I just think "there are no such things as *something*", and dismiss the possibility of any supernatural reasons.
So my point being, if you get scared of witches, just remember there are no such things. At least in the modern days. And usually witches are just people who are interested in witchcraft, so they can't harm anybody, really ^^ Unless the witches you're scared of are something you've thought of by yourself, sort of a new breed of witches, then I'd be more interested to hear more of them. Maybe they can be used in a story?
Have you read the Harry Potter books? There was this creature that turns into what you're afraid of the most, and the trick to get rid of it, was to imagine and change the scary thing into something funny, so the creature was powerless. I've found that this works in the real life as well.

I'm so glad therapy is working for you! You already are so strong based on the fact along that you can talk about what you're going through and can put it out there. I may not know you in person but if I did I think I would be very proud of you for doing this.

You are stronger then you think and you're only getting stronger.

Okay, maybe you're not afraid of witches anymore, but maybe what I said can be applied to other things that are scary?
I could try yoga at home... Even though I don't know much about it :D I should study it when I get the chance ^_^;
I'm also glad that you found a therapist that's good for you! Specific therapy for trauma survivors sounds good. And the fact that you looked forward to it means that not all hope is lost! You will feel like that more often in the future ^^

I'm so happy for you ^^ It WILL be worth it! In a year, you'll be looking back at this point and see how much you've improved. Maybe even six months enough to see a change :) Session after session it will get better. You might have bad days (or weeks), but don't feel bad about them, they're pretty much bound to happen. But as long as you're making progress for the better, you'll be fine :)

just remember two things..1st you are not alone. 2nd you are too strong and smart to be like this....you need to get your pieces together, and make a whole new person..you must be reborn here, now...there must be someone in your life to deserve a healthy you. and even if there isn't you need need to be yourself FOR YOU..i hope one day you can look back at youw life, and laugh thinking how "stupid" you were to take things seriously..i wish you health, love and happiness.. and as I say in a poem of mine:
"There's a side of me that no one knows.
Feels like I have no heart,no entity,
Darkness covers and fills our souls.
but I keep in mind: unity, love, integrity."

yay! you're so right.. see, you don't have to be perfect...perfect is something subjective. there is nothing pure perfect. just try to be a "perfect" version of who you are. some people are gonna love you, some others are gonna hate you, but all will appreciate the fact that you're true to yourself and the others.. hugs and kisses <3

Everybody needs to find a way to express him/herself. You know, it's easy for us who haven't been there to to say "pity word" and say that all are gonna be ok. We mean it, of course but we don't understand. About 10 years ago something happened and my mom became melacholic and sad...so that she couldn't sleep, she couldn't eat, ended up weighting 45 kg, and I was 15 years old, I need my mom and she was mentally gone. She even took pills for melacholia. I was shouting at her, to get herself together, that we needed her, and that nothing that bad happened so that she should be like this. And she always told me "I don't want to be like this. Do you think I like it? to get sick and no enjoying anything? Anyone who hasn't been through this, simply CAN'T UNDERSTAND". i believed her, i was there for her, we all help and in 6 months she was a totallly different person. She gained weight, she started going out, and a year later she stopped the pills. Now if you see her, you would never guess she was like that. So after all Ι think each one of us has his own way to get out of these things. Some need help from others, some struggle alone. What matters is to get out of this a winner and look back, show your middle finger AND TELL YOUR PAST TO FUCK!!!! love honey <3
