01. The Hidden Toychest

I am not human, I can not be defined
Born with a fire that burns deep inside
Given a gift that I can not hide
A landfull of wonder where I can confide
Beams of light dance around in my head
Dreams and words that iv left un-said
Goblins and angels hide under my bed
Magic and stories iv woven with thread
Colors, and glitter, and fabric galor
Escape everyday, or what we call war
With paper and pen, I lie on the floor
Bedroom door closed as my mind starts to swirl
Creating these creatures that seem out of sight
Fly out of my window, dance in the moonlight
Heroes and demons, they battle, they fight
Starts under my sheets, with a flashlight
Glue in my right hand, and paint in my left
Creating a world that you have not met
Camera is flashing, i'm building my set
Of forests and mountains and skys of violet
People around me cant see what I see
My friends turn their heads up, they think im crazy
But the man on the bus that sits beside me
A wizard, a gremlin, who knows what he could be
Not good with my words, cant express what to say
My imagination can guide me the way
And when the world tells me that im not ok
Inside my toychest is where I shall play
