Last night I had a dream.
A dream that was sweeter than chocolate cream

It was about that girl and that boy
And how there was only joy

Too bad it wasn’t real
Because reality won’t heal

So many lies
So much love that dies

It’s not a feeling anymore
It’s more like… war

What was supposed to be a blooming flower
It now a disaster

And I wish upon the magic I believe in
That something new can begin

Something that resembles what we are here for
What we were all capable of, before

We can love
It is as simple as releasing a dove

We just need to find the right place
To remember grace

And watch it fly away
Through the black, the white, the grey

Because Love is strong
