Can I be a moderator?

The moderators on this forum are users who have proved themselves to be active and who really care about this forum. Every now and then I choose new mods to help out but that only happens if somebody really catches my eye.
So, no, you can't become a moderator just by asking. But you might if you keep on posting and being active
