i believe in faires. a lot of my friends call me crazy for thinking they're real. ive never actually seen one. but i would like too.

I have a fairy guardian and I have seen her before, but very vaguely. Otherwise, I tend to feel the presence of fairies around me. I am also part fairy ^^

I have a mini forest in the backyard of my house, there was this one spot where I would feel a fairy presence but it's not there anymore, dad mowed it down.

I think I may have a fairy living with me, my stuff kept on disappearing and I would find them in the least unexpected places Razz

I don't know if my fairy is a boy or girl but I call the fairy Tunder, it means Fairy in Hungarian.

My room is full of them. literally. lol i will take a pic and show u.

and where i live in the uk, the whole flat is full of fairies but they are mischevious and they keep taking our stuff and putting them in different places.
i cant leave anything glittery out lol

OH MY GOD I THINK I JUST HAD A MAJOR REALIZATION.

Because of this topic I surfed the net a bit looking for info on fairies and photos of them....while doing that I remembered: ever since I can remember I have seen these really tiny almost transparent circly things floating. I didn't know what they were and once even thought they were angels. But could they be fairies?? Anyone?? Halppp??

I also see those transparent things when I meditate for a long time and I can see them for a realy long time them ...and I think that there are mush more dimension then the one or 5 sens can ses so it completly possible that this "fairy" acctualy interiact from an other dimension whit the ones that use more than 5 sens usualy schizophrenes ...(they live in diffrent dimensions at the same time )
I at least know that my mothere has contacted and fellt her a lot sens she s dead ...there are so many diffrent dimensions out there or in hier ...

I used to think Kerli was crazy (in an awesome way) for believing in them. But then something just kinda happened. But I just had a sudden change of heart. No idea what happened, but ever since I've believed. I think deep inside of myself I'm still a little skeptical, but I'm trying to do all I can to keep a good relation with them.

I don't think fairies are generally supposed to care about people. We're not really their concern. They've got their own business to deal w.
In old stories, fairies were often feared.
but i think people can have a good relationship w them.

I believe in faeries but I've never seemed any. In spring I will make little faerie garden in my yard. Maybe that's gonna attract them. But I'm little afraid I'f I see any 'cause I read on internet that they might be evil and if they find out that I saw them they could hurt me. I don't wanna that happen.

I've always believed in faeries, this is one of the reasons people think I'm a little weird I think. Smile

I'm a fan of Brian Froud! And Amy Brown, I have some her faerie ornaments. And I have tons of faerie books, I used to go out into my woods during the solstices looking for them but I think the lived in the evergreen forest that got torn down. I think they set our hay shed on fire a few years ago because there were multiple 'ignition' points (the four corners), and we live too far off the road for it have been people

I think I saw some when I was walking to the Rainbow Falls a week ago. My brother and I were walking along a track where we were surrounded by forest but had a river for company along the way (I'll post a video when I get the chance). There was even an area called "Fairy Pond". So beautiful there.

Anyways, the faeries I saw were different to what I expected. They seemed more... bouncy. You'd kind of see them in the trees but then they'd be gone in the blink of an eye. I also thought I saw an old woman but she kind of hobbled behind a large tree with a thick trunk and sort of disappeared. Didn't know what to think of her..

Then again, my brother didn't see anything so this is probably just all part of my imagination LOL xD

^ Haha, the people who don't believe don't see them. They pass it off as something else, like the wind moving the leaves and the shadows cast by trees. If you see them, believe in it, because I believe that draws them closer to you. I'm wondering who the old woman was too. Maybe she was a powerful elf who transformed herself into an unsuspicious form so she could watch you without being discovered.

I had a similar experience in Ireland. I was in a Fairy Grove and I could feel things watching me from the trees and bushes, like little pin-pricks of aura everywhere with their eyes on me. Then there was a rustle of leaves, then nothing for a couple of seconds. Then a blackbird hopped out from the cover of the leaves and stood a short distance away looking at me. I tried to get nearer, but when I got too close it flew away. I'm certain that the Fae were watching me and that one turned into a bird to get a closer look.

It's a beautiful thing to know when faeries are around. It's such a rare pleasure because, like I said, very few believe now, and even fewer are seen as friends by the wee folk. I will always believe, and I hope to see my guardian, Vyvi, in her true form one day ^^

Right now I'm struggling to rebuild my belief in the otherworld. As a child I believed in all manner of "mythical" creatures, but growing up in this disbelieving world has damaged my faith in the unseen. I wish I could sense and see things the way I used to; as soon as spring comes, I plan on visiting the little creek near my neighborhood and leaving an offering of sweets :3 It will be the beginning of making amends with the otherworld.

I totally believe in them but I think of them a bit differently. I don't really believe that faeries are like little people with wings that fly around granting wishes. I think of them as elemental beings/spirits. Some times I see little specks of light in the air but before I can get a good look at them, they vanish. I believe those are faeries. I guess you could say I believe faeries are the protectors of the Earth and angels are the guardians of the different realms and dimensions of the universe.

I love spelling it "faerie" or "faery". I think it looks a lot better and more mystical Very Happy

And it makes more sense when you say Fae for short I love you

sounds like a great idea. I think I need to do something like that too. I've been a bit out of touch with nature and faeries and such. Mostly because I live in a place that doesn't have much nature around at all which really bums me out Sad

So even though I may have to go on a bit of journey to get to nature, I'm determined to feel that connections again I love you

I believe in faeries, I've seen them. When I go camping in the Tushar Mountains in Utah, there is a magical place where I can snse them watching me, studying my every move. When I see them, though, I don't see little humans w/ wings, I see transparent circles with a colored outline, almost like I'm seeing their aura. And when I go to stare at them and study them, they are gone. So, yeah, I believe! (:
