No, to simplify the instrumentals are just the song without the vocals on it, Ive heard some with the backing vocals on it also.


But yeah it'd be cool to hear them someday, they always make me notice parts on the song I didn't before

There are programs that will take the vocals out. Audacity says it will but it didn't for the song I tried to do it to. There's a youtube showing how. It's pretty technical.


EDIT: Audacity is a music edit program free on the net. It sorta muffled the vocal, but didn't take it out completely.

EDIT 2: Youtube has a karaoke version of ZG a guy did. Most likely using Audacity. You can still hear the vocal sorta ghostlike in the background.

Edit 3: Found quite a few instrumentals (karaoke style) in YT. ZG, Army of Love, Scar Tissue,
