I've written a poem in Estonian,well probably embarassing to show off to our dear native speakers,but well..i will just go for it and post it well,it's less of a poem,than story,but ya..I will translate the way it's supposed to be

Noh,kirjutasin ma küll luuletust eesti keeles,ma ei tea kui eestlaste jaoks see kõlab natuke hästi ,aga ma proovisin kirjutada :)Luuletus on eneseavastamisest,loodetavasti te seda saate aru (: Tervitustega,Sarah.


METSKITS

Ma ootan sooja vett,
aga vesi jõel on külmem kui jää,
ma lugesin kirja sinust täna hommikul,
sa kirjutasid et metsa lähed
ja pean ka sind külastama su uues kodus,
sa kirjutasid.
Ma ikka veel ootan ja ikkagi,
ei tea ma kuhu pean minema,
ma ei tea kuhu tahan minna,
Siia,väike metskits,
kas tead kus soe vesi on?
Aga kas tõesti?
Imeväge see on,
su peegelpilt vees pole loom,
Su silmad on sama sinised kui ..
SA kirjutasid kirja mulle täna hommikul,
ma lugesin,
sõin leiba,
tulin siia.
Su peegelpilt see on mina...


Voodis?,
kas ma lihtsalt unistasin?
laual on kiri:
ma loen "ma lähen metsa,külasta mind varsti"
...
ma söön leiba.


DEER
I'm waiting for warm water,
but the water in the river is colder than ice,
I read your letter this morning,
you wrote that you're going to the forest.
And I would also have to visit you in your new home,
you wrote.
I'm still waiting and still,
I don't know where I have to go,
I don't know where I want to go.
Come here,little deer.
Do you know where the warm water is?
But really?
It's magic.
Your reflection in the water ain't no animal.
Your eyes are as blue as..
YOU wrote the letter this morning
I read,
ate bread,
came here.
Your reflection...it's me.


In bed?
did I only dream?
on the table there's a letter.
I read "I'm going to the forest,visit me soon"
....
I eat bread

I don't know Estonian, so I can't appreciate it the way you wrote it there... but in english I think it is very lovely and interesting
