Maybe some of these are already mentioned...but I am bored today...so here is my personal list...

Nature - The beach, the ocean, the forests, the sun, the moon, the sky, stars, clouds, animals
Love - Kisses, hugs, cuddling, laughing, sharing, listening, sacrifices, caring, love making, the words "I love you", friendship, soul mates, family
Creativity - Painting, drawing, writing, designing, singing, music, etc...there are so many
Bad things - If we didn't have them we couldn't possibly appreciate the good things
Diversity - Skin tones, languages, cultures; it keeps everything interesting.
Technology - Without it, we wouldn't be able to do things like this
Food - Pizza, sushi, cheesecake, shortbread, cheese, fast food, pasta, chicken, salads, chili, tacos, crispy bacon:)...Mmmm, I'm hungry
Emotions - Anger, sadness, sorrow, rage, joy, bliss, happiness, etc...they go on...and without the bad ones we wouldn't feel so good when we are happy

I could go on and on...but I'll stop
