Honey, when you write what you feel etc it really help because when you do it your thought and emotions are free.
And maybe you try talking with your friend but very softy, that don't hurt her.

I'm really sorry to here about your friend.This shows that your a sweet & caring friend. Hope things will work out and get better. I really wish i knew some advice to give you or to help you. sometimes people do change afther high school.(or new friends/guy's) can sure change people and what they do. Don't think much you can do now. Just try telling her how you feel.( in a nice way of course)Tell her your here for her if she needs you. This may all work out own its own.

I wrote her an email, because she lives a couple hours away from me now (which also sucks) and I hope she sees what I'm saying.. She does have a tendency to take things as attacks, though, so ..we'll see.

Sometimes when people fall in love (or what they think is love) all they see about that person is the good in them. Usually they are blind to it, or just chose to ignore the bad. I think maybe it's because they just don't want to believe that the person they fell in love probably doesn't really exist. They don't want to lose that person, even if they aren't who they think they are. Change is hard. Most people will realize it in time. Eventually the person usually shows their true form to them.
