Thanks Mimi, there are 3 methods either by sand blasting, chemicals or by a diamond tipped engraver <- that's how I did it. Glass is difficult medium so I can only do surface etchings, flat silhouettes, but I hope to get better and do carvings, they get better detail. But you should try it it's not really that expensive when compared to other tools.

^Haha thanks, if I was paid by the hour and added the cost of the glass it would probably cost about $1.50. The glass was like $ .50 at a garage sale and it only took about 30 mins to make. But of course I wouldn't sell it for that much, that would be silly.
