She's not making money, my best guess that she is keeping a count of how many d/l it gets. It's kinda like research for her. If she gets a huge amount then she's doing something right, if the are only a few d/l then it's basically telling her she failed.

Who cares where you download it from? It's a buzz single, the point is to spread the download everywhere The sign up thing is probably just for newletter-ish stuff.

Why has her official site had us sign up for so many mailing lists, though? This is the third one. That's why I'm also thinking it might be so they can monitor the number of times it's downloaded.

I've listened the song once now, and I have to say it's a bit too pop for my taste, since I like heavier music more (just check out one of my favorite bands, Havoc Unit, if you dare) :D But I'm sure the song will grow on me. Besides, the single is usually made for the public to approach easier. I think the rest of the album will compensate, and that there'll be more different songs :3

I hope so, too. I know I won't be let down, I really liked this song despite the "popness" :D I'm very excited about the new album and I'm eager to hear the rest of it! I love the visuals Kerli creates, and the feeling of happiness I get when I listen to her music. I'm slowly starting to accept myself, who I am. Kerli's music inspires me to draw pictures, sow clothes, and even to clean our apartment :D
