MoonChildLuis: I've hear a bit longer version, not the whole song thou, but the refrain. I can't say do I like it or not, because I haven't hear the whole song...it was catchy, but it's definitely not the same Kerli as we are used to.

still...I have to hear the whole song to judge.
I am not into pop...so I hope the song itself is more goth, because the refrain is totally pop.

@butterflycry2010- Yeah, I think you're right. Kerli's put a lot of work into this song, I think it's a bit early to judge just by a snippet.

I can't waite to here the full song. You can tell kerli want's this so bad.

Maybe this is just a snippet of the song that drops heavily into pop like a chorus? songs tend to be like that, they start out very soft at the start then boom! Into a chorus with heavy pop tunes.

I wouldn't judge too harsh yet.

It's called bubblegoth, thats a combination of bubblegum (also called bubblegum pop: this songs are defined as having a catchy melody, simple chords, simple harmonies, dancy (but not necessarily danceable) beats, repetitive riffs or "hooks", use of solfege syllables and a vocally-multiplied refrain. Bubblegum rarely has guitar solos, usually feature the organ, and often use a single-clap or double-clap as prominent percussion) and goth, this end up in: poppy songs with creepy dark meanings and sounds.

So yeeah, I am not disappointed, that's actually pretty close to what I was expecting.

Just stating some opinions. We love kerli regardless. ^^

Well,how mimi and liisu said as long if it is bubbleGOTH,if it has that dark twist it's okay with me.it's pop made by kerli so it doesn't compare with ordinary pop.I believe that when we'll hear the full song we'll see how awesome is!
and i don't think her outfit is awfull,i love it! in reminds me of guro lolita or cyber lolita,and it looks so good on her!

I'm quite loving it so far, anyway i expect the main voice to be poppy while the background music is kinda dark. BubbleGoth.

Don't worry, it still sounds like Kerli, even if it becomes a more poppy album.
I'm sure those songs will keep their dark touch.

I think she had mentioned on formsprings that this wasn`t exact sound of the album and that it was more poo-ish than the other songs.
Actually, i was thinking that maybe that`s the same A...song that was supposed to be her 1st single is June. She has mentioned that the inital 1st single was too poppy for her too and she even cried, becaus it was supposed to be her 1st single.

And , it`s just speculations of course, but maybe this whole buzz-single thing is because they don`t want to scare the Alpha MoonChildren and call it a buzz single, so that old fans can hope that the real singles don`t have the same sound.

But for me it doesn`t matter what music she does, she, as a persona is so cool, that i will always be a fan of her

Yeah,It sure has changed a little bit. Mybe i just have not found any pop singer that catches my eye has "amazing". Anways,I sure hope kerli is really happy with her new CD.

Guys remember that at first many of the songs from Kerli not like, but eventually we loved, so this maybe happen with the morsels that gave us we did not like, but we hope to hear the full song will see that we love it ..

Well has long has she is happy with the music.That's all that matter's.I just don't want her to be doing music that she doesn't belive in.

I agree .. We do not want to listen to music that they do not believe .. Kerli but she believes in his songs in their lyrics which makes it very special

I hope she would sing a song in estonian (even if I don t realy understand it ...xD) and any ways it s just a song from the album I first didn t like walking on air but butterfly cry and now I love both !! and knowing her it s going to be a variated album ^^ there will be songs for evryone ^^ and it s a good thing cause it opense or minde to oder kinds of musics ...

one should not make music only to become famous. that's what she strives to at this point. which is pretty sad.
Björk never wanted to get famous. she just kept doing HER own thing. and fame came with it. she hasn't changed her music. she is still herself.

so I think Kerli should stay true to her "style" too, which is definitely not pop.
the best songs she has ever done are her oldest songs. then she was true to herself and her 1 and only goal wasn't to become famous.

She's not doing it to "get famous", she's doing it so she can keep making music, period. It's not like her label is going to let her make non commercial album after non commercial album like it doesn't cost money. In order to fuel her career there has to be money. Pop music sells.

I dunno, I wouldn't call it selling out. She's doing what she has to do to keep making music... once the success comes, she'll have more of a name, and can go back to her "true self" if you wanna call it that. Plus it's not like this song is all "yeahhhh gettin drunk in the club, lets have sex" so no, I wouldn't call it selling out.

She hasn't "sold out" in the sense of the term bottom line

• Her lable isn't gonna stick with someone that doesn't make them a profit, so they tell her to make pop music.

She needs to make her lable happy, so she is making pop music but it will not stray from ILU. This is forcing her to be creative with her lyrics. Being forced in a corner brings out creativity. Selling out for her would be singing about "F in the club", Ke$ha music, songs other people wrote for her cuz her lable told her to. She has written and produce her own music making sure ILU is never compromised so she has not sold out. This is based on her answers on formspring and her videos so I hope it's all true

Making pop music isn't selling out -.-; Kerli has the right to make music of whatever genre she wants. And if it makes her AND her label happy, then all the better. And if she happens to make money and get famous, then wonderful. She's going to sell out stadiums, not herself.

if we were really believers in I.L.U, we shouldnt judge her for anything.
We love kerli, regardless of what kind of music she does.

Yeah,..Has long has kerli is happy and geting a chance at it again.. The good thing about this is that least this way mybe the album will be reasled in every country! so we all can have it.
