I think this is a great song from estonian band Mimicry. The singer is Kene Vernik. And I also like this video and I'm sad that she is totally unknown outside Estonia. Hope you like it Smile

agreeing with Poetic it does sounds like The Ting Tings
the video is really cool, weird but interesting.
