cat/neko halloween costume help?
So i need help! I'm looking to make or buy a neko collar for my halloween costume. I'm going to get these for it more than likely
Hands
Ears
2 tail options
But the collar I'm stuck on. I want a collar like this one>
But it's way too costly. Any ideas on how to make one?
Also what would be cute to wear with this costume. I was thinking of just jeans and a shirt but I think a skirt might be cuter

You might be able to use like a headband if it fits your neck comfortably, and get ribbon and lace and glue it on in that style and add the little bell of course. Or find some other plain choker necklace cheep somewhere and do the same thing.

Oh yeah or you could use an elastic, stretch it as you glue the ribbon on and then you let go and the ribbon scrunches like that. Man i wanna make one now! hahaha

You can make it ruffly without sewing it like I said about gluing it! Use a hot glue gun, have the elastic stretched out, glue the ribbon flat, then let the elastic go and it scrunches

You can also sometimes buy ribbon that's already ruffled like that. You wouldn't have to sew it, it just comes like that

I think you should wear a black skirt & black top with some cute leggings to go with your outfit I think jeans would throw it off personally.

Re: cat/neko halloween costume help?
I've read somewhere that some people use small belts to make them and just glue bells to them.
I'm not sure if it's a good idea though because belts may but into your skin and it'll hurt a lot :/
