It's just unreal.

Even here in Austria experts could document movements. When I think that it happened about the same time when I was complaining that my throat was hurting, I guess I'm pretty silly.

I honestly don't have words for this, it's too sad.

Now we have a problem with the nuclear catastrophe (?!). They say in the worst case we are likely to live in a contaminated world for the next hundred years. And this means that nature will be destroyed to the death. Which means that we are going to die. I'm distending the situation. But I am so scared. I can't sleep anymore.

I can't do anything but cry. I'm so scared. Please God, be good!
I haven't eaten anything since I woke up, I couldn't sleep tonight and I couldn't consentrate at my friend's birthday yesterday. This is seriously taken over me.

Me and my friends were discussing this yesterday, and one of them said this may be the end of the world. I hope it's not.

I tried to get my friends to understand the whole situation and all its effects but I can't get them to listen to me, because they think I am crazy. They can't see what our earth is trying to tell us, although she is already screaming...

Some people just don't understand.

Apparently the building isn't breaking further, so the core isn't melting and everything will be fine if taken care of properly. Also the radiation is getting lower around the plant.

I don't think it's the end of the world. I just think people need to take of the earth better.Things like this just happen sometimes.people just have to repect the earth more.

I think this just shows that 2012 is true.

The Tsunamis hit really close to my house in California. I know one person ended up dying and 3 others got swept out to sea but were able to swim back. Nothing complared to whats going on in Japan but still about $30 million in damage in the town just next to me.

I heard about that the tsunami hit Chile, California and Hawaii and some other places...

no guys, the end is not coming for all of us for sure.
there will be plenty of survivors that's for sure. and I don't believe it happens due to the nuclear disaster thou.

I don't think the world will end either in 2012!.. This type of stuff just happens sometime..We don't know why it does. but it just does.

This is so sad about Japan, and then all of the tsunamis.
They will be in my fam's prayers.

I believe that 2012 is just a myth. No offense to anybody, but the Mayans were not psychic, and could not have known about the world's end.

My friend is okay, and I'm so glad for that. But she might not come in a few days because of the flight cancelling.

I don't believe in that 2012 bullshit either. Hell, if it was even true, which I highly, highly doubt - if we're already going to die, at least we are going together!
Anyway, I don't give a damn about Japan itself. Or any other country. What I do care about are the poor people(not only in Japan, but all the people affected by this) who are suffering, some even left without a place to call home, relatives, of their own lives... It's just so tragic and surreal, I still cannot believe it.
Shit happens.
My heart, soul and thoughts are with all those people - sending them love is, sadly, the only thing I can do. I can only just hope and pray for the better.

Honestly, I can't look at all this anymore. It hurts me so deeply to see what is happening, mostly to innocent people, who would have never built any nuclear power plants or s*** like this. I don't see any sense in all the dead people, dead animals and dead trees now and those that are going to follow, because those guys who can really change the situation will not learn.
I'm furious. So many people don't take this seriously.

i donated today. i haven't got much money but i walked past these collectors and i couldnt NOT to give money.

I havent met any collectors yet, hope I met someone really really soon. cause I can't give money through internet..

they have plenty of collectors here, it's good that they collect money.

I want to collect some money in my school too, but all we can currently donate for is some women in Paraguay.

I think at the local mall it is a collector, or at the other big mall here. It's always collectors there. Hopefully I'll find someone or bug my brother to donate some money from me on the internet. And I can make him donate too

So sad... here, in my town (which is, as Kerli would say, "in the middle of nowhere") nobody really seems to care AT ALL, so, no collectors... I wish I was a rich bastard so I could donate loads of money to help those poor people, but alas, I am not. I'm too young and poor myself to help, which pains me greatly. I hate not being able to help, especially in such a tragedy like this... That is a great idea! I would try it but I'm no good at crafting, nor in anything else - and no one here would EVER- even if their bloody life depended on it- buy my shit. I feel so helpless and guilty!

Isn't there such a thing called giftphone or something in your country? Where you call a certain number, and you'll donate certain amount of money and that amount money will come on your bill or something.
For example.
I use the giftphone and donate 200NOK.
I already have 300NOK on my cellphone, so 200NOK of those 300NOK will I donate.
Now I only have 100 NOK on my cellphone.

I don't have any money on my phone, I wish I really really could donate.. But I sadly don't have any money.

I'm thinking about donating to Red Cross whenever I get money. I'll ask my dad if we can donate about 500NOK. We donated 500NOK to Haiti last year, why not do the same with Japan.?

i dont think it should be like one person going out of their way to give as much as they can. if every person gave a pound or a dollar or whicever currency you have, it would add up.
i could only afford to donate a Pound which is about 2 dollars but like i said, if everybody did it the amount would be much bigger in total i think.

I was just watching the news and Japan came up again...it was a poor woman crying and sobbing and her house had been destroyed. Some people might not really care about Japan now but what if we were in Japan's place? It's horrible...I'm going to donate whatever I can.

Yesterday I read the news and a woman found her mother, and that woman's daughter is still missing. It's so sad..
I really want to donate, I'll ask my dad if we can donate some money soon.
