TY Change Purse <33 Empty TY Change Purse <33

Before I gutted my big plushie and made it into a backpack, I thought I'd practice on a TY beanie baby and make it into a change purse! I gutted her, sewed in a zipper and then a pouch. I sewed thin, black elastic to the grey lace, tied the bow and sewed that on, and finally hot glued the button in the middle. Oh, and the safety pin through her ear! xP


I'm REALLY happy with how she turned out...now I just have to think of a cute little name for her. <33

What do you guys think?

catloafwithpotato - Thanks. Smile Yeah, I thought it looked a little boyish - but, truthfully, it just reflects me more. (I used to wear ties all of the time.) xP




My husband's mom liked it so much, she had me make her one out of one of her TY beanie babies. I gave this one earrings. xP

^^Haha, oh yeah! I wore ties for a while, too. lol it might also be that I've been wanting a bowtie for our dog for a while. haha.
