I've tried Ocean Salt in store but I've never gotten the chance to buy it. It works so, so good though, from what I've tried!
Yesterday, I got Sweetie Pie shower jelly and the Cupcake face mask, both smell so good!
However before yesterday, I went twice this month as well, so I've gotten a lot more stuff- Rub Rub Rub body scrub (which is my absolute favorite product I own), Sakura bath bomb, Sex Bomb, and Space Girl bath bomb, Herbalism fAce cleanser (works soooo good!), Sunnyside bubble bar, the cherry bath melt (whose name I forget), and I believe I got some other things that I'm forgetting. Haha, I had a gift card and I have some spare money, so I've been buying a lot.

^ here's hoping! i was actually thinking about closing the forum at one point and it will always be at the back of my mind unless things pick up again.

If you can, buy Ocean Salt - you will not be disappointed! I use it on my face too and it works like a charm.

I am absolutely shattered - Ive had a full outdoorsy day. Did an amazing hike in a town called Bray and just in general saw more of Ireland. it was so incredibly beautiful!
And then as soon as I got back to Dublin i had to do food shopping and then wash up, prepare dinner and clean my room. I am so tired i can feel my body sinking into the bed!

I don't blame you if you would close down the forum. I would be sad buy it but I would understand.

I really don't like my new neighbours next door. I know I have complained about it before. They had another one of there parties last night. Again they blast music and talk loud. Drinking and shit, I couldn't sleep at all. I even closed my window really loud hoping they know I was annoyed. Some one told me there is nothing you can do about it. I hope they move.Very Happy  and annoy someone else. They are so loud the whole street can here them. Ok just needed to vent again *Evil grin* Next time i'll pry for Rain if they are having a bad loud party lol

Neighbors like that are really annoying! My upstairs neighbor used to play music really loud all night long, like REALLY loud. A lot of people made complaints about it so it stopped, thank god haha.
I hope it stops for you too, if they don't stop you can always call the police or something?

Doing that one post for today now... :P

You should call the cops, Krissy. Our neighbors did it for us, and we weren't even that loud >:C Or you could check with the neighborhood if everyone else is pissed off because of them, and have more people against them ^_^
There are people with jobs and children who need their sleep, they shouldn't keep everyone awake no matter what day it is.

I'm feeling pretty good now. Last Friday was horrible though. So horrible my fiancé didn't dare to come home until he called and asked if it's OK xD Dunno, I was just sad, tired and angry. I slept well around the clock, and that fixed it :)

Again, I have so many ideas I don't know where to start or what to do... Today I've been doing nothing but eat and play Gothic2 O_o
I should write my ideas down...

... Whipped cream and strawberries!

I totally hear you about noisy neighbours but you know.. Nobody is quiet when they're having a party and you need to have parties. Sometimes a polite 'could you turn it down' will help but not saying anything or calling the cops right away will make things worse. Try talking to them, they might be rational people. And if they don't listen then do something else.

I agree and I know. Last nighbours before the the other one moved/ They were loud too. And my parents send a letter from the low office to tell them to keep the nosie down and they didn't. It mad things worse. But Then again they were not nice people. That is true. you don't want things to become ugly.

^ Oh yeah, that's a good point. Our neighbors didn't even bother to come over and tell us that we're being noisy (when you're drunk, you don't realize it), they just called the guard straight away. I'm extremely mad at my neighbors now, since we ARE nice people, we would've listened. But instead they decided to cause us unnecessary payment for the service which we didn't want from our already very limited resources.

Hmph.

Oh well. Today I'm gonna make that whipped cream+strawberry pie. Tomorrow we'll go buy me a headset! And hopefully a webcam ^_^

Post by stargirlstrike Mon Jul 15, 2013 1:13 pm

I will admit that we've had quite a few complaints about noise. It's really irritating because all of the families that lived below us have been new families living in an apartment for the first time and don't seem to realize that it's normal to hear sounds like the washing machine, dishwasher, toilet, TV, etc. running in the neighboring apartments. We have to watch TV with the subtitles on and we still received a warning from the apartment manager because our downstairs neighbor called to complain that they could hear the bass of our TV and it was bothering them.

Luckily, we didn't get in too much trouble as the manager had to tell them that there was nothing technically wrong with watching TV at 2PM on the weekend and they can't actually file it as a formal complaint unless they are able to hear it from in the hallway XD

I know it's a pain though. The people above us are apparently elephants who like to stomp around and frequently move their furniture, haha. Unfortunately, unless it's actual partying (which it sometimes is), it's kind of just one of the downsides of living in an apartment instead of a house >_<

wow1 It must be hard living in apartment. I do understand you would here them sounds living in one. I mean nothing wrong with the T.V on at night. Not like you were blasting loud music or whatever.

Oh no,That's not good to have neighbours mad at you. Hope things work out.

Ours only said hello once and they don't seem to talk much to anyone. They keep to themselves.

The neighbors who complained weren't even that old, maybe mid to late twenties. But that's okay, they've moved since then and our new neighbors don't bother us and we don't bother them XP

Sometimes I think the ppl who work at Wal-Mart are stupid. The books are marked down. This new book I got was priced $30.00 dollars. But there price was $18.00. I don't get how they don't see the 40$ off sticker on the book. She charged me 31.00. So I had to tell her it was marked off. Just venting again. lol

I finally figured out why our cat takes his toys to the food bowl and eats a little after playing with them.

He's imitating hunting and eating the prey!

I'm having a dilemma...
Dare I buy a headset AND order some Lush products?
The headset would be around 20€, and the products 24,40€ with postage... (Mask of magnaminty and Grease lightning, for my acne)
I'm afraid to ask my fiancé what he thinks xD
Or could I find something similar to those products, just cheaper? I seem to be shy with spending money, been so poor for so long!
So yeah, I don't have anything important to say, hehe. Other than that I feel great and I love everyone ^_^

I'd soooo want to buy soaps and bath things as well, but we don't have a bathtub :'( One day I'll have a gorgeous home spa! <3 ... Maybe I could bathe in a bucket, since I'm so small xD
So I cut my order down to just those two products. For now, mwehehe >:B

i think im quite responsible with money because i know how hard you have to work to earn it.. at the same time, when I have money and I want something (not totally frivolous but for example.. a sewing macine) I get it for myself. And I get my sister everything she wants. And when I don't have money.. I just don't buy the stuff.
I would love to earn constant income though to eat organic produce. I would do it now if it wasn't so darn expensive!

That it is good . Not a lot of people are good with money.. My friend I remember would waste her money on stuff. Where me I would seem to save it or not waste it on junky stuff like my friends did. My friend used to always ask for a little bit of change to buy smokes. I would lie and say I don't have it. To me smokes are a waste of money. My friend never paid me back when I lend her money. I don't think people should borrow money if they can't pay back a person. I mean if it was for important stuff. Then maybe it's a different story.

I wish it would rain or something to cool things down. It's too hot. Can't take anymore heat. lol Can't believe I said that. I've had too much of the lovely sunshine. LOL

I think I'm responsible with money as well. When we get the allowance, the first thing is to pay the bills, and then see if there's enough for anything else :D Get the essentials first, then a couple of nice things and use the rest on food. Also, if we have little money, I don't use it on girly things like some might :o

I asked my fiancé JP if I could order the Lush products, and he said "I guess you can" <3 So now I'm waiting for the package! Might arrive some time next week. I said to him, that if these products don't work on my acne, I'll give up and hopefully they'll clear up when I'm old and wrinkly D:
But I guess the acne doesn't matter, JP keeps telling me how pretty I am ^_^ It wouldn't bother me that much either, it's just that sometimes they're really painful or itchy.

Tomorrow we have a school reunion. Our group does this every summer, just for fun. Sadly, not everyone can come, since they've moved and live all over Finland. Only a few of us has stayed in this city. Me, JP and one friend :DD

It's rather cold here, and rainy. It's like it's autumn already.

I agree, Krissy, smokes are a waste of money. You could just inhale from a car's exhaust pipe, you'd get the same toxins from there. Minus the nicotine, haha. Would be a lot cheaper!

i have actually lost 2 friends because of money. and that was because i lend them some when they didn't have any.. and i'm not talking about 10 dollars.. it was in the hundreds.. and when I was desperate and asked if they could pay it back, they both said no. one of them just said 'no, im not paying you back'. whatever, i survived but the friendship was ruined. not because of the money itself but because i could never trust the person again. so i dont lend any money to friends anymore.

Have a nice time on your school reunion, Smile I still see some classmates around town. I don't really keep in touch with much old school friends.

Well. Not that I condone smoking in any way. It's ba for you etc etc but there are actually pretty cheap ways of smoking. I pay less than €4 a month for my tobacco and I have an electric cigarette for when I'm at home. I hate smoking indoors, I'd never impose my habit to anyone.

I'm very careful with lending money, they have to promise they'll pay back. And they always do, our friends are nice like that :) I wouldn't lend to a half-friend, though. Besides, we're so poor we can't lend more than 20€ :D

My Lush order arrived today, and I picked it up an hour ago... The mask smells wonderful, so... minty xD The cat didn't appreciate the scent at all! I also got a little gift; a sugary lip peeling sample. I can't wait to test them =^.^=

I'm off to the reunion!

Ireland is officially in drought. We've had 16 consecutive rain free days.

I had fun at the reunion! I just love those people. And one friend kept kissing me on the head (even though he said I smelled bad O_o Other friend said I smelled like a normal person, though xD). I didn't even drink that much, so no hangover ^_^

After the reunion I got home, washed my makeup, put on some of the Grease Lightning gel and went to bed... It seemed to be working already, some zits were smaller when I woke up. Today I tested the Mask of Magnaminty; it felt tingly and super fresh when I put it on, I love it! Then I put some more gel after washing the mask off, and the zits continue to shrink! It's amazing *_* I may have a completely clear face soon! TT_TT
We'll see how it goes... :3
